We purchased a Cisco router for a remote office project. The item initially showed as in stock, but shipping took a couple of extra days before dispatch. Once it was sent out, delivery was quick and the equipment arrived safely. After installation the router has been working without any issues.

Did a purchase for Airwave license. No response. Emailing no response. Every time you want contact, have to go to website and chat with employee to get something done. After that finally got my license, they made a mistake in company name. Emailed again, no response… Whatsapp no response… They refused to change it until today. Very unsatisfied and wouldnt recommend to anyone

I gave Andy exact details by text, he just had to type it over.
When I make mistake on my business, Ill correct it, even when that costs some effort or money and not fob the customer off with a crippled company name in his devices

Started with a small order of optical transceivers to test their quality before committing to larger hardware.
Plugged them into our Juniper switches and no compatibility errors popped up. They work just like the OEM ones but at a fraction of the cost.
Shipping took about a week. Now that we've verified the quality, we'll likely look at them for some switch upgrades next quarter.

Our distributor quoted a 12-week lead time for the Fortinet firewalls, which didn’t work for our project timeline.
Router-switch said they could ship in 3 days. I was skeptical but went ahead with the order. The units shipped from an Asia warehouse, so shipping cost a bit more, but everything arrived in about 5 days.
No issues with the hardware so far. If speed matters more than having a local account manager, this worked well for us.

I got a Dell switch for a branch office. The packaging was fine and the serial checked out. Setup was easy, and the VLAN and PoE settings were all good.

Got a couple of Cisco switches for our lab. Plugged them in and they worked right away. Setup was quick and hassle-free, everything just ran smoothly.

I was asked about the customs price.
I didn't understand what they were talking about, so I answered with the lower price.
But it turned out to be a crime called “under-valuation.”
I immediately filed a corrected customs declaration.
I never imagined they would suggest a crime.

Requested quote for items almost a week now and no response.

I asked if the Fortinet APs that they sold could be used in Europe and I was told that they are universal and that there are no restrictions. I order them and when they come it turns out that they are hardcoded to be used in China so I can´t use them.

I have updated the review to 3 stsrs. I got in contact with Router-Switch and they arranged for me to return the products without cost. What you should update is with correct part numbers for the Fortinet APs that include the country code, EU for Europe as an example.

Purchased a smartnet service contract and paid via paypal. I reached out a few days later to get an update and was initially told it would be a few days. Was subsequently told it would be 6 weeks....6 weeks for a support contract!. Requested refund and this point and still nothing received 10 days later. Paypal complaint filed.

I have had great luck with Router-switch. Now, be aware they are located in Asia, Vietnam, I think, but they have great service and VERY fast shipping. I think they have a US warehouse, because I get items a day after they are shipped. Their prices are excellent, but be warned, they charge a bunch for shipping, but still their price is cheaper than everyone else. Like every place there are shortages, but when they have it in stock, and they often do, they are very quick.

I've ordered a service extension several weeks ago as it was stated as "in stock", seller contacted me a few hours later that item is on back order and if waiting for some weeks would be fine. Back order time already passed twice and item still not delivered, online still stated as "in stock".
