Karen was amazing from the minute I messaged to the very end. I booked everything online and everything was more than I visioned. Very helpful in choosing the right items and colours. The blossom trees are amazing and was perfect as a memory corner with my past relatives on a ladder. The lace bows and table runners are beautiful and finished the rooms off perfect. What is even more wonderful is you can pay monthly until your wedding which is a great option when everything is so expensive. I met Karen on the day before my wedding and what a lovely lady willing to do anything to help make things less stressful for the bride. You wouldn't go wrong with roses and hearts x

Hired blossom trees for our wedding tables at broadoaks country house , I must say from start to finish Karen was friendly and professional and even offered to help with things we wernt even hiring from her. Once ordered it was all left to them and I didn't have to do a thing. The blossom trees were outstanding! Everyone commented how beautiful they were , thanks Karen for all your help , Mr and Mrs Quinn x

Karen made a spectacular job of our wedding on the 25th August 19.
Karen made the venue beautiful and made everything so easy, despite us changing our minds and going back and forth on ideas and being short notice with our final decisions.

Karen gave us a great price and by far beat any other quote I had been given. She also gave me some great direction in placement & which decorations to have to suit the room. I was more than comfortable to let her take her creative instincts and "go for it"

Karen has a great selection of Wedding Decorations and Venue Dressing Items, if you have something in mind that she doesn't have which is unlikely, she would source it for us.

I would recommend in particular Karen's Flower Wall, its so beautiful and so detailed and the Top Table greenery and Cake Table Lights, I think she sourced this for me especially so that I could recreate something I saw on Pinterest.

Karen was really helpful with our order, I placed it with hardly any notice and she could not have provided us with better service. Thank you!

Karen and her amazing team made all my wedding wishes come true!! From the first time contacting Karen it was so easy, always got a reply straight away and nothing was ever too much trouble. With us both putting our ideas together and me constantly changing my mind and adding things on along the way everything came together amazingly and I couldn’t have asked for anymore! Her team of amazing ladies worked so hard to get it perfect - massive thank you to you all!!

We got married on the 27th July 2019 and asked Karen to provide the table runners and chair bows. I contacted Karen relatively late as we originally planned on just going to buy and do the bows ourself, due to being given an extortionate price from another company. Anyway I was recommended Karen and thought I would message on the off chance, Karen went out of her way to be able to provide both the bows and table runners and agreed to set up the venue on the Thursday before to ensure she was able to help us. I told Karen our colour scheme and showed her our centre pieces. Karen was able to match up the colours perfectly and recommend her lace runners and bows, which are just beautiful and I would never have thought of myself. Karen was great to work with from start to finish, gave us the most beautiful tables and took ALOT of stress away from me... thank you Karen. Can’t recommend Rose and Hearts boutique enough.

When I first emailed Karen with what I wanted, she immediately got to work in getting items to help make sure that my wedding breakfast was dressed beautifully. She always communicated well with me and came up with ideas and I gave her my ideas as well, and when it came to the dressing on the day, I could not have been more in love with the work she put in. She made my dream a reality and she really does go the extra mile to make sure that you get exactly what you want.

She set up our centre pieces along with some other pieces to style the room, I couldn’t have been happier they were beautiful. We have just got married at the Gretna Chase hotel and hired Karen and her team from Roses and Hearts. Straight from our first contact with Karen she was the most helpful person I've dealt with and was always keeping contact making sure we felt at ease that our big day was taken care of. Karen transformed the room into our dream venue we had white drapes covering the walls and cascading fairy lights as our back drop, it couldn't have looked more perfect. The up lights used had a full range of colours we had a shade of pink. I can not thank you enough and all we had was compliment on how nice it looked. I would fully recommend to anyone who has a venue booked but just wants that magical touch.

We used Roses and Hearts for our Wedding. Karen was so helpful and enthusiastic. From start to finish she did a tremendous job. She decorated both our venues and also helped with some of the church. Everything looked amazing. I would highly recommend this company for your event.

What a fab service from Karen! Although I was one of the awkward ones, due to using a venue which had just opened I was unable to give her much info about what I needed which turned out I needed more than what I originally thought. Karen managed to get the things I needed with very short notice! The dressed room looked amazing and made such a difference to put tables! Such a kind hardworking lady! Thank you again for everything! Would definitely recommend x

We were married at Auchen Castle last week and roses and hearts provided our light bulb initials. They lit up our dance floor and were so eye catching! We feel without them our night time reception wouldn't have looked anywhere near as good! They delivered and installed the lights and
left us remotes which allowed each individual lightbulb to change colour. The kids loved them! Would definitely use this company again! Highly

Helpful, talented, dedicated, commited and most lovely lady I have ever worked with. Karen made my Wedding dream a reality, with all her suggestions and beautiful decor the x3 rooms she decorated and set up for me surpassed my expectations. All my guests were blown away by the impact, especially the Castle decor Karen provided and set up for our wedding breakfast, it just looked as though it belonged in the room. She has that special touch and passion to fulfill your wedding vision!

Communication was excellent throughout our order, and we absolutely loved how the room was decorated, the venue looked amazing!

I was kept updated on the progress of my order at each stage and it was delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. I ordered the vintage style guest book and pen set and it really is as lovely as it looks, and great quality. I would definitely buy from Roses and Hearts again!
