Karen is very easy to contact and very pleasant and efficient to organise with. She understood exactly what we were looking for and delivered the items promptly. She set up the room beautifully and everyone who attended the anniversary party commented on how the chair covers and bows made the venue look so atmospheric and pretty. Attention to detail was perfect and I will certainly be recommending Roses and Hearts to my contacts and friends.

Very disappointed with customer service.
Paid a lot of money to have the room of my hotel draped. Before we even entered the room after the wedding the drapes had started falling. One of the metal bars narrowly miss my elderly mother's head and my guests had to climb on chairs and tables to try and put them back up. Not what you would expect after paying 1200!

I contacted Karen with the photo evidence after our wedding. She replied to my email apologising for what happened and offered to send some of our money back as a way of apology for what happened. Karen also offered to send us some pictures that she had taken of our decorated room prior to the drapes falling down. Since then I have not heard back, my emails go ignored.

All in all a very disappointed customer

Karen and her team couldn’t have been more helpful! They had lots of choices for room and ceremony decor, gave me recommendations and were brilliant at keeping in touch throughout the whole process. My table decor that they set up was breathtaking - even better than I imagined it would be! Would very highly recommend!

Karen and her team could not be more hard working or passionate - Karen's care and attention to detail really stood out to me when working with her for our recent wedding. Communication was fab and anything I was wondering Karen would have the answer - and photos! She really does go above and beyond. Thank you so much, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We were lucky enough to have Karen organise the decor for our wedding. We didn't initially have much of an idea of what we wanted but Karen's experience, suggestions and patience was all we needed. On the day it was flawless, and the venue looked stunning. I'm so glad we chose her.

Karen, was really helpful and accommodating she helped us transform a room for a Hockey Presentation evening. All expectations were met she transformed a sports hall to a glamourous presentation evening.

We ordered the light backdrop plus top table and cake table lights. Everything was as Karen described and she was great to work with. Highly recommend to anybody looking for decoration help for an event.

We had a small wedding 3 weeks ago in Gretna Green. The table decor was perfect, everything was as Karen had described and sent photos of. It was all set up on time and communication was brilliant. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Karen at Roses & Hearts for our wedding. We ordered some cherry blossom trees for our reception room and I did not even know her team had come and gone. Once I had ordered the trees I did not have to worry about anything. The trees added a great ambience to our room and we are beyond grateful! Would highly recommend using their services!

What a pleasure to deal with. The transformation of the function room at Creighton Rugby club was amazing. The fairy light wall gave it a magical feel and the gorgeous flower wall was a fantastic backdrop for photos. Nothing was too much trouble and there was always good communication. It made a stressful time so much easier. I couldn't recommend more.

I recently hired the wooden arch for my wedding decor and couldn’t have been happier with the service I received.
Karen was great from the start! She was very helpful in making my vision come to life for my wedding day, we added fresh flowers, drapes and lanterns to create the look I wanted. The decor on the day was beautiful and it took the stress away from myself on the day having someone put everything together and take it all apart at the end. I would definitely recommend roses and hearts!

We used Rose and Hearts for renting the table cloths, venue lighting and other small bits (easels etc) for our wedding in April 2022. The communication from Karen was excellent and she delivered everything 2 days before so it was all there ready for us to set up when we arrived at the venue. We'd highly recommend Karen! We have just got married and couldn't recommend Karen enough. She took so much time to answers our questions, and there was plenty questions, Karen took time to show us examples of linen in person and helped accommodate us around shifts! Even dropping some bits off for us at home before our big day.
We hired table linen, napkins and a wooden arch for a neon light we bought and all looked absolutely beautiful!!
Anything you are after for a wedding or event she will go out of her way to help you!!

Absolutely Perfect.
I spoke with Karen from Roses and Hearts to help me decorate a venue fir a surprise 60th party at The Lakeside Hotel & Spa. I live over 200 miles away so everything had to be organised over phone calls and email. Karen listened to how I envisioned the venue looking and suggested the perfect decorations. The place looked amazing and all the party guests commented on how lovely it all was. I can not fault Karen at all and I would definitely use her services again x
