This site is really weird and comes off as dishonest/sketchy. It had been MONTHS of cold spins on this site, I had finally gave up and stopped depositing and just started playing daily free play. It’s not only spins or purchases.” So I ask them “you mean to tell me I have to engage with EVERY SINGLE FEATURE on the site to keep my stars up?” which makes no sense because, again, I had been doing THE SAME EXACT THING EVERY DAY FOR MONTHS (playing free play, and only the same game(s) every day) and my points were going up then but all of a sudden, now that I’ve started winning, there’s an issue with my activity. Their response:
“You don’t have to use every single feature to keep your stars up, but the VIP Status is dynamic and it’s based on your recent activity and engagement overall, not just “I played today.” So even if you’re playing daily, a change in your recent pattern can still cause stars to drop.

If it’s been months of steady stars and now they’re dropping, the best next step is to ask for a status check in this chat so someone can review your activity and explain what’s driving the change.”
