My biggest frustration was the redemption process. I had an extremely difficult time getting in touch with customer service, and it took longer than expected to get assistance. I have now resubmitted my redemption request and am hopeful that it will be processed successfully.

While I did have a positive experience winning and enjoyed the game selection, I feel the customer service experience could be improved. I have used other platforms in the past, and in comparison, those platforms made it much easier to get issues resolved and complete the redemption process.

Overall, I had both positive and negative experiences: I won real money and enjoyed the games, but the redemption and customer support process was frustrating.

Rolla and every other site under their parent company nerfed their rtp on their originals to 93% without any announcement. Not only that, when you redeem from them, your vip level and progress gets reset, so you only get benefits as long as you’re losing. They also changed their playthrough so you can’t see your playthrough progress until after you’ve played through everything you’ve bought. Don’t play at this site or any other site owned by them (wowvegas, coinsback casino, metawin)

This site is really weird and comes off as dishonest/sketchy. It had been MONTHS of cold spins on this site, I had finally gave up and stopped depositing and just started playing daily free play. FINALLY got lucky and won enough to redeem with the free play so I thought okay I’ll give them another chance and deposit again and it was going well for about a week. Yesterday, I noticed my daily bonus was lowered by .20 but ignored it thinking maybe it was an update or something. Logged in again today, and again lowered by another .20 cents. It’s not only spins or purchases.” So I ask them “you mean to tell me I have to engage with EVERY SINGLE FEATURE on the site to keep my stars up?” which makes no sense because, again, I had been doing THE SAME EXACT THING EVERY DAY FOR MONTHS (playing free play, and only the same game(s) every day) and my points were going up then but all of a sudden, now that I’ve started winning, there’s an issue with my activity. Their response:
