We’ve purchased a few pieces of art from Rocksalt. The service is always excellent, fast and the quality is so good.

I had a personalised artwork done by Zita. I wanted it to be a true representation of me and my personality. The results are amazing the print makes my place home. There are lots of replicas out there but nothing beats an original. Thoroughly recommend.

Sorry not great!

Ordered a print nearly a month ago & still not here, I get that everything is slowed down but a month. Seems like a lot of online shops are using the current situation as an excuse!

Will not be using again & do not recommend.

Print arrived quicker than expected and well packed to ensure it arrived safely.
It looked exactly as expected from the website. Very happy.

UPDATE - this review is over 3 years old. Of course there is no dispute as PayPal refunded me!

Ordered a print for my friend during lockdown. Took a month to ship it. After another week showed as destroyed and damaged by courier. Still no refund. Opened dispute on PayPal. Still awaiting refund 58 days after ordering.. Communication non existant.

I also ordered a print for myself on the same day. It arrived within 3 weeks. Mediocre at best. I could have printed a page and framed it myself for a lot less. Cheap frame.

Dont rate the company at all. Zita is a crook.

Very pleased with the product---a print as a birthday present for my youngest daughter. Covid19 has obviously caused some delays with both production and delivery but the owner of Rock Salt Prints went out of his way to expedite both when I informed that it was to be a birthday present.
Both print and frame were of good quality and it was securely packed to make sure it arrived in good condition.

I purchased a print from this website at a cost of £43.95, including PnP. It was of appalling quality, as though an internet image has been stretched and printed at home by an amateur resulting in a pixelated and blurry image. I requested a refund but the owner apologised, accepted the mistake and offered to send a replacement.

The second print took some time to reach me and was of the same appalling quality. The owners accepted they had never printed this image in this size before but refused to accept it was defective. Thus I was forced to return the print at my own cost. The owners are claiming I damaged the print (I have photographic evidence to the contrary) and are now refusing to refund me at all. I have lost close to £50.

In the last email I received from them the following, deeply offensive language was used:

"I’m trying to hold off from telling you to go f[**]k your self"
"little princess syndrome is the feeling you emit"
"I’m sick of hearing from you"

Awful products. Awful customer service. Contrary to basic consumer statutory rights. I will be taking further action against the company.

UPDATE: Some 3+ years after refusing to refund me £50, they have finally acknowledged my review by attempting to have it taken down, which has been refused. I am a real customer. My order number was 5472 placed in October 2019. I still have the abusive email from an individual called Pete.
