I cannot thank Rocksalt enough for indulging me with my bespoke shower panel of Slyvester Stallone from Get Carter. It is fabulous and looks fantastic on the wall. Even the bathroom fitter was excited to put him up.

Love it all. My new kitchen back splash is beyond awesome. I’m so happy with the design and everything to go with the experience. I would recommend to my friends.

This review applies to installing 2 acrylic panels side by side. Upon installing as per instructions a couple of days later the panels started to warp and came away from the wall. We left space as per instructions but they expanded so much that on pushing them back to the wall they overlapped. As we were installing 2 panels the instructions should have reflected extra expansion room rather than the 3mm stated for a single panel. I took this up with Pete and Zita they insisted that it was an installation error but we followed all instructions with our builder and used their recommended adhesive. Awful experience and wasted money. They offered discount to buy more panels which was an insult after having spent £1250 for the first set. Someone else had same issue and reviewed here in Dec 2023. Had to buy tiles instead and no redress.

I love the splashback for the kitchen. Looks gorgeous and a really good quality. I needed to change my sizing and that wasn’t a problem for the team. I’ve recommended RSP to my friend for her kitchen and when we decorate the bathroom, I shall definitely be back. Excellent job. Thanks

Such lovely products,easy to use website,good communication and quick service. They were very helpful making me a custom size splashback.It arrived today and am thrilled,it looks even better than the photo! We had a really positive experience with Rocksalt who made a custom shower panel for our new bathroom. Our panel was a tricky size and Rocksalt exceeded our expectations by creating one panel to the exact dimensions. It was delivered in perfect condition ahead of time. The panel itself is really robust and fantastic quality. Our bathroom looks amazing as a result. Thank you so much!

We purchased a framed print from Rocksalt, amazing service and we absolutely love our purchase. Looks striking on the dining room wall. We will definitely be ordering again.

Unfortunately my prints arrived damaged, so I returned them and a full refund was issued swiftly, plus the return postage. Excellent customer service from Laura! Would use again.

I contacted Rocksalt to as about a custom splash back Laura was so helpful they were able to do what I wanted. From start to finish I received excellent customer service even after I said it would be traveling all the way to Spain. Would highly recommend Rocksalt.

Great company answered all my questions quickly delivered on time, prints and frames are excellent quality. Will be using them again.

I ordered 2 posters for my little bathroom and my en-suite. They are absolutely beautiful and look fab. The quality is extremely good. Worth the money. Delivery was fairly quick too 😊

If only every company did business like this! So responsive, the phone answered straight away, problem solving and solution finding is a real strength and they go that extra mile too . The art work is absolutely fantastic! It’s been a real pleasure, only sorry we haven’t a another bathroom to refit!

I am delighted with the acrylic panel I have just received for my bathroom from Rocksalt Prints. The finished product has been designed so well plus the clarity of the image/print is amazing! This piece was bespoke/tailor made, cut to size and delivered within 7 days! It has now been installed without a hitch and I couldn't be happier!

My experience with Rock Salt was simply amazing. The product is so unique and the communication was exactly what a small business should be. I ordered an acrylic shower panel and it arrived on the exact date as promised, was cut to my exact measurements and was just what I required and ordered. Super impressed

Great design on the acrylic panels so ordered up. Approx 2k of panels. I am a professional bathroom fitter so fitted panels as per my chosen method, proven over 10 years of fitting panels. Within a week the panels within the shower area showed signs of failure, panels warping and becoming de-bonded from the wall structure, print becoming detached from rear of panels etc. Discussed problems in great detail with Pete at Rock Salt. No resolution, so took it to Paypal complaints. Had a derisory offer of compensation from Rock Salt which I felt was an insult so refused it. I have 100% confidence in my method of fixing panels so am very disappointed with the outcome. Fit for purpose, the jury is out. To follow up on Rocksalt reply , not sure whether I used the wrong 'glue' but I am 100% that I used the correct panel adhesive. Not sure professionals would describe it as 'glue' !!!

Made an order on 28/11/22 and it still haven’t even been dispatched! Emailed them twice but no reply. I’ll have to open a PayPal dispute.

Great product and customer service! Zita worked with me to ensure that all our questions were answered quickly and we had all the options to be able to place our order. Made the process v easy for us and we are delighted with our picture!

Ordered from Rock Salt twice now and both items were perfect. Delivered on time and even received a follow-up call to check everything was ok. Customer service team went above and beyond to help me with my purchases. Highly recommend this company, will definitely be ordering again from them.
