Really good company to deal with
Really good company to deal with. So helpful from the outset, which made me choose this company over others online. Was nerve racking spending a big amount of money online, but Pete was so very helpful and so willing to engage with my plumber in planning a new bathroom, it really made it easier and reduced any stress. Would definitely use again. And I absolutely love my acrylic shower panels. They are stunning.

Amazing Service!
Lovely, helpful and accommodating family business, with an amazing concept. Zita excels at the finishing touches on the artwork, thank you! I am so happy with my purchase, the image is stunning, catches the eye and completes the room.
Looking at the bad reviews, it seems that people did not listen to the installation advice provided, or used 3rd parties that were not qualified/experienced. Highly recommend you follow Rock Salt Prints' advice on this crucial final step. Just ask if you are unsure!

Beautiful prints
We found our 3 prints on Rock Salts website months ago when researching artwork for our home. We didn’t find anything which came anywhere near to how much we loved these. Now they’ve arrived we are over the moon with them and they look stunning hung in our new kitchen!

Fabulous shower panels
I came across Rock Salt when searching for alternatives to marble effect tiling when starting a bathroom remodelling project. I really wanted something unique and the acrylic panels are perfect, especially as I was able to customise the colour theme.
The service from start to finish was absolutely first class.. Pete was super helpful answering any question I had and Zita was great with fine tuning the design.
Installation was straightforward and they look absolutely amazing. 🌟
I would definitely recommend this company, the entire team are just super helpful.

Fab acrylic panel for garden art
I ordered a shower wall acrylic panel, but for use in my garden. Pete and the team were very helpful on the phone as I brainstormed ideas on how exactly to go ahead with this idea. The end result has been absolutely amazing. Could't be happier

Awful! Im taking this company to trading standards
Im taking this company to trading standards, my bathroom installers refused to use the material as it was of such poor quality it was see through! It looked nothing like the photos on the website at all. I had to take a day off work today to find an alternative and they offered that I send the £1275 panels back and they would give me 25% of its value credit note. Avoid this awful company like the plague I imagine half these good reviews are fake! I will not let this go so that this does not happen to others

Dear Nicola Rigby, I assume this is you under a different name? We are very sorry that you have had a bad experience with us. We take every case very seriously and we have tried our best to resolve this issue. The panels are reverse printed as you can see, we use double white paint coat to protect the print on the back. If you put the panel against a light bulb you can see the shadow of your finger as demonstrated in your photo you sent us. We sell hundreds of these and if you use the correct adhesive the glue will not show through the design when installed correctly. Some customers use lighting behind our panels to create a light feature in their bathrooms. We work with a lot of interior firms, bathroom show rooms as well as hundreds of qualified fitters across the UK who love the quality of our acrylic panels. We have hundreds of customer photos online as well as on instagram. We are a family run business and we don't create fake reviews. I must mention that you have misread our shipping terms and demanded your order to be delivered with in 5 working days. This was a huge challenge for us as our shipping terms is 2 weeks, but we managed to get the panels to you in perfect condition on the date you wanted them. There are installers who refuse to work with acrylic as they are not trained to do so. We always recommend to work with qualified and trained installers, in this case it seems the company you hired were more used to tiles and were afraid to touch the panels. We did offer 50% store credit. As you are aware these panels are made to order to fit your custom space due to that our return policy is strict. This is why we offer free consultation and samples prior to purchase. We believe this order was rushed through without any attention to details or pre-planning. I wish you all the best Nicola

Bath room panels - fantastic!!
Rock Salt was recommended to us by some friends and they did not disappoint. The service from start to finish has been excellent. We wanted something unique for our bathroom and the acrylic panels are perfect. They look amazing. The finish is quality and the fitting instructions are easy to follow.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company, they respond back on any question or query and their product and service is first rate.
