Fast to take your money and sell items they dont have in stock.
Placed order on the Friday, payment came out same day. Apart from order being confirmed, heard nothing so end of following Tuesday asked for update as not received tracking or any emails. Told it was 2 to 3 days for delivery. Told that thry have another day out of 2 to 3 advised to me. Not sure how they were going to send it in one day. Emailed me the next day Wednesday to say that the item was out of stock. Again they should have known this easily at point of sale not 4 days later. They were fast at taking my money out of my account though. Refund requested, still not in my account. First order attempted and last one will try sadly. Also Google lens the products you can find some of them cheaper elsewhere.

We're very sorry that the item you ordered was found to be out of stock after your order was placed, and that this wasn't communicated to you sooner. We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this was, particularly as this was your first order with us. As soon as the stock issue was identified, a full refund, including the delivery charge, was processed. If you still haven't received your refund, please do get in touch with our Customer Service team at contact@rockettstgeorge.co.uk, and we'll be happy to look into this for you. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. - The RSG Team x

I love Rocket St George but I’m afraid…
I love Rocket St George but I’m afraid I will not be buying anything in the future. I’ve recently placed 2 or 3 orders also from Next as well. I received one purchase (direct from Rocket) Dream light in a bottle, when I had charged the cable it got stuck so had to pull, the cork came out along with a broken ‘m’. Also when fully charged it does not light up for very long. I have had to throw away.

Gorgeous amber glass bird
I used a gift voucher I was given to buy a beautiful amber glass bird. Unfortunately postage was almost £15 to the Isle of Wight.
Please can you read the following and review: The Isle of Wight is part of the standard UK domestic postal network, but many private couriers and online retailers incorrectly treat it as an offshore island with extra fees or delivery restrictions. Royal Mail classifies the Isle of Wight just like any other English county. Mail sent from the mainland does not need customs forms. Standard UK stamps and domestic parcel rates apply. Thank you

Thank you for your review. We’re so pleased you chose our gorgeous amber glass bird with your gift voucher, although we completely understand your disappointment at the delivery cost.
Our deliveries are handled by DPD rather than Royal Mail, and DPD applies an additional surcharge for deliveries to the Isle of Wight. We’re continuing to explore reliable courier options with more competitive delivery costs and really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
We hope your beautiful new bird has found the perfect perch in your home!
