Gorgeous amber glass bird
I used a gift voucher I was given to buy a beautiful amber glass bird. Unfortunately postage was almost £15 to the Isle of Wight.
Please can you read the following and review: The Isle of Wight is part of the standard UK domestic postal network, but many private couriers and online retailers incorrectly treat it as an offshore island with extra fees or delivery restrictions. Royal Mail classifies the Isle of Wight just like any other English county. Mail sent from the mainland does not need customs forms. Standard UK stamps and domestic parcel rates apply. Thank you

Thank you for your review. We’re so pleased you chose our gorgeous amber glass bird with your gift voucher, although we completely understand your disappointment at the delivery cost.
Our deliveries are handled by DPD rather than Royal Mail, and DPD applies an additional surcharge for deliveries to the Isle of Wight. We’re continuing to explore reliable courier options with more competitive delivery costs and really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
We hope your beautiful new bird has found the perfect perch in your home!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Perfection! Quirky Stock & Elite Customer Service. I think I may be obsessed with Rockett St George! 🤭
If you love unique, stylish, and brilliantly quirky pieces for your home, this independent boutique is an absolute dream. The stock is always full of personality and incredible quality. Beyond the magnificent items, their customer service is truly world-class.
I recently had a delivery mishap where a fragile ceramic cake stand arrived broken due to rough courier handling. The boutique team—especially Freya and Eleanor—were incredibly polite, kind, and helpful. They immediately responded to my issue and dispatched a perfectly cushioned replacement without any fuss. It is so rare to find a company that combines such fantastic, eccentric items with genuine, human customer care.
They have completely won me over, and I will safely be shopping here for years to come. Thank you for everything!

The leopard kitchen bin is so cool!
I never thought I would get excited about a kitchen bin but I purchased the leopard one and it is amazing! I also thought I would never spend that much money on a bin but it is actually so worth it! I paid for it in installments so not so bad. The print is amazing, it has a soft close and has silver trim and very sturdy. It looks totally fabulous in my kitchen ! For all you leopard lovers and there is a lot of us it's totally gorgeous ! It rocks! Delivery was super quick and well packaged. Thank you I am thrilled!

Lovely quality products with a quirky touch, and even though the muslin bleeding and the bath mat are slightly more expensive than others available the quality justifies the price difference. My daughter is thrilled with the items and is taking them to uni.

Utterly amazing 'Alice'!!
I'm yet to buy anything from Rockett st George and be disappointed. The Alice In Wonderland Rabbit Bust is no exception. It's a beautiful statement piece, exactly as advertised. It's of a really high quality and good weight. I was so impressed with it, I ordered another one a couple of days later! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend. I'd also like to add the fact that customer service are utterly fantastic. I'd made a mistake on the rewards points and their help was truly appreciated.

cannot fault the goods but DPD not good
cannot fault the goods or the quick dispatch. Have loved everything ordered. However, todays delivery by DPD was VERY bad. followed the tracking system, told me driver was running late. Checked doorstep and there it was, sitting in the rain, including the box one item was in which I would have liked to use when wrapping the item as big and is a gift. No knock on door or ring of doorbell so no idea how long it had been sitting in the rain

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It's lovely to hear that you've been pleased with the quality of your purchases and our quick dispatch service. We're very sorry to hear that your recent delivery fell short of expectations, particularly as the parcel was left in the rain without a knock at the door or ring of the bell. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will ensure your comments are shared with DPD, as we understand how disappointing this must have been, especially with a gift item included.
