Item arrived broken
Unfortunately, the china item I ordered arrived in a box without any padding around it whatsoever, consequently it was smashed to pieces when I received it. Customer service was good in resolving the problem, but it should never have been packed like that.

Hello Alda,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry that you received a damaged item in your order.
I'm glad to hear the team dealt with this efficiently for you. I can see that a replacement was sent, and the packaging issue was raised internally to ensure this does not happen again.
Once again, I'm so sorry about this. I can see you are a regular RSG shopper, and I hope this has not tainted your overall experience with us!

Leopard print lips sofa a bit disappointing
Bought the leopard print lips sofa which was delivered yesterday by Next. I like it but overpriced in my opinion. Very disappointed that I had to pay £15 for a less than ideal delivery service. Nice man who put it in my lounge and left. I'm 83 so had to unpack and the box took up more room than the sofa so had to break it up which was hard work. Also enclosed instructions show how to attach legs but there aren't any. Used Rockett before not sure if I would use again.
