Original design and high quality
Always love shopping here as such lovely things and great quality. This vinyl tile effect rug is brilliant for my kitchen protects my wooden floor and balances the vintage feel while being super practical. You might think on first glance it is a bit pricey for vinyl but the print quality is so realistic down to hairline cracks in the tiles it really is worth it. Not slippy to touch as has slight textured finish underfoot. Love it

Item arrived broken
Unfortunately, the china item I ordered arrived in a box without any padding around it whatsoever, consequently it was smashed to pieces when I received it. Customer service was good in resolving the problem, but it should never have been packed like that.

Hello Alda,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry that you received a damaged item in your order.
