For pricing swimsuits around $100-$150 you would expect higher quality, but the material is okay, average at best. You are definitely paying for the name of the brand instead of the quality. I typically spend over $100 on suits anyway and they are definitely better quality than this. The swimsuit I ordered is also not exactly as advertised on the website. It had knots on the sides which I had to manually untie (pain in the butt by the way, they were TIGHT), and move it to the center to make it look like the picture. My suit also took a long time to ship and it wasn’t until I sent the company an email about this issue that it finally shipped that same day. Which I’m glad it was shipped, but there was no follow up email. Instead, the day it was delivered the company decided to reach out to me and apologize. I really do love how it looks on me, and I’m glad I have it as part of my swim collection, I would just personally never buy from the company again.

Both swimsuits I ordered were not comfortable, low quality and over priced. Can’t return because of sale. Wouldn’t recommend or order from here again.

Told scam company . Do not order from them . They use your order money to make product then cancel your order for no good reason at all .

I spent over $400 on new suits from here, assuming whatever I don’t like I can return. One of the suits I immediately didn’t like the material, so I never tried it on. I made the return in time and followed all return instructions. THEY SAID THE SUIT WAS STAINED with no proof that there’s even a stain. I NEVER put it on or had it out for longer than 5 seconds. I now have to wait another month just to receive my return back, after waiting a whole month just for them to get here. what a waste of $150. i’ll be damn sure to make it a point to everyone to NEVER purchase from this site. what a SCUM COMPANY

This is purely for customer service, but it is trash. The phone number listed on their site, stating customer calls are answered promptly, is simply out of service. Text message help number gets no response, and chat function on the website does not connect to a customer service professional. Not sure they HAVE customer service. My order label has been created days ago and the carrier has no clue where it is or if anyone is even planning on shipping it.

Horrible return policy!! Do not buy from here. If you use any sort of discount code you can not return. So many other swim options. Purchased a bikini and the quality of the material and fit is horrible. Notice how they don’t put the material on the product pages. Shady company!

Don’t shop here!! They are so strict on returns it’s not even funny. You have 7 days to send back an item that doesn’t fit. You will not get a refund but store credit. They do not offer even exchanges. When you do get your store credit a month later it’s the exact price for the suit. The don’t refund the 10 percent tax so to order a get a new size in the same suit you will pay $25 for tax and shipping. Never again. Customer service is huge for online shopping. Huge disappointment and I’d be surprised if companies like Thai can stay in business. If you want to change $160 for a swimsuit and compete with high end brands then your customer service needs to change accordingly. Stop stealing peoples money.

Trying to make a return and they are trying to bargain with me rather then tell me how to return a poorly made bathing suit. This is cut and paste from a company email:
How about you keep the item and we refund you 30% of the item's price and offer you a 20% discount coupon for your next purchase?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have emailed customer service three separate times to get a return label sent. They have a 15-day return policy and you can't get a return label to send anything back. The swimsuits are small and not as pictured. Wow! $100 wasted! I am reporting this scam of a company!

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. They are a horrible company. Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth.

Was so excited to find 3 matching XL pieces in the sale section. However, these suits should have a warning. They are made to stand and pose only. I wouldn’t even feel comfortable turning left to grab my drink without a nip slip. Also, thank goodness I purchased these on sale because the quality is off. The pieces are THIN and I’m worried I might put a nail through the coverup by accident. Smh. Was so excited to support this brand but ended up disappointed.

Like all the other reviews, horrible company. Bought a bathing suit top that was completely see through. Tried it on straight out of the shower as to not damage it. Sent it back the very same day. The company then had the nerve to tell me they could not issue a refund because there was a spot on it. Ummm there was no spot when I sent it back. Total scam.

I didn't receive the quality product I was expecting, this company clearly manipulates their website reviews. I returned everything in perfect condition on the same day it was received and they are refusing to refund me. I would recommend looking for an established swimwear company that's confident in their Brand and offers refunds.

Wanted to love this brand but honestly, the bikini are not made right. I have two one pieces and my nipples come out in one and the other one has so much fabric on the bottom that when I bend over you can see my private part. I am a size small in everything and I order size small but their is something weird about the sizing and composition of the bikini.

Timely customer service!

Their suits are nice, but may run a tad small. Which is really important to know because their return/exchange policy is the most restrictive of any swimsuit company I can find. From my experience, it's pretty clear to me that RS relies on marketing rather than the quality of their products and customer service. Although customer service was courteous, (1) they take about two days to reply to any email communication, and (2) offer no flexibility. I can't recommend this company to anyone unless they are able to try on in person.

Very poor customer service, horrible exchange policy and in general super disappointed with my experience. Will never buy again.

Pure scam. I wanted to support but the sizing was off and they said the next size would work and refused to take any of the multiple different pieces back for an exchange when they are in perfect resell-able condition. They send scam photos of deodorant marks on swimwear and say they can’t take back when I didn’t try on with deodorant or anything else and I was as clean as I could possibly be to try on. Tried on for less than 60 seconds. Customer service is trash and now I’m stuck with multiple $90/each pieces that don’t fit.

Complete scam. Please don’t buy from this business.

Spent $265 on swimsuits and wanted a refund since the material was cheap and sizing was incredibly off. They only do store credit which is abusive to the consumer who pays with money not store credit. This company is a complete scam.
