WARNING: BEWARE OF MISLEADING PRICING!

I signed up for rinse repeat, which says you get 1 bag for $75/month, and you can get unlimited free pickups on that bag.

While you do get unlimited free PICKUPS, they still charge you PER POUND on the actual content of said bag, which wasn't documented AT ALL on the sales page.

I ended up getting charged over $200 extra PER MONTH because of this misleading pricing. Will not be using them moving forward, I have had a horrible experience.

You will be paying $75 per month for free "pickups" and then an additional ~$50 or so PER PICKUP based on the weight of your laundry bag.

Absolutely avoid this company unless you are willing to spend $250+ per month just to get your laundry done, and are OK with the fact that they try to hide this pricing structure.

I also reached out to their support about this and all they said was that they were sorry that the sales copy was misleading.

Would rate this company negative if I could.

Their daily services and customer service are top notch. A huge time saver and value add to our daily lives.

They re polite, punctual & easy to work with

The pickup and delivery are effortless. I am disabled and love the fact that I can see where the driver is so that I can have time to get to the door. I can also track an overdue pickup/delivery. Also, the clean clothes are in a much better condition than when I first started. The clothes are no longer massively wrinkled and they have a nice scent.

The service was good but the 105.00 per bag charge is just too high.

I’ve been a Rinse subscriber for many years and remain a subscriber due to their consistency in getting my laundry cleaner than ever and delivered in no time flat!
Rinse has allowed me to save hours on laundry time, freeing me up to visit with family, friends, and gifting me with more personal time for self care!

All the clothes came back washed and folded as requested.

Quality. punctuality. 2 times in 14 months I had minor issues. Both were resolved quickly.

Great help! Having the services of Rinse has made it possible for me to schedule times for pick-ups and deliveries when my illness has literally had me confined to bed.
I am able to choose the kind of detergent I want, they separate all laundry by darks and lights, delicates and regular wash, even if you want softener or fragrance added. They will even do dry cleaning and just recently, pick up all items for Goodwill.
I love this service!!

Everything works as per schedule. Clothes are washed bright and clean and folded perfectly. Very pleased

This was a great experience. We've used other. Companies before we really appreciate the last minute changes in accommodations. With delivery and everyone was just so nice and quick to respond. The work that they did to clean our tablecloth for the office was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

This was a super-efficient and cost-effective way to get laundry done while visiting NYC. Our laundry was returned clean, folded, and smelling fantastic!

I love the convenience and excellent customer service! It is so easy to have your bag (they provide) picked up and then delivered the following night. The clothes/blankets/towels are always delivered folded and secured in plastic wrap. I couldn't ask for a better service!

Pickup and delivery were on-time as promised with update messages on both ends. Laundry was done professionally. Articles bagged within the Rinse duffel bag when my laundry was returned. Brought directly to my door on the day after the pickup. Great job on bedsheets and pillow cases too.
