Just completed cbt in Worcester, they was extremely friendly and helped me with everything i needed. they were friendly and manage to put me a ease and gained me the confidence i needed to go on the road and to pass all on the manoeuvres.

Huge huge thank you to the entire team at Riders Worcester. Have done 2x CBT’s and a DAS course with them over 9 years and they’ve all been amazing. lovely instructors too - special shout out to Fran, Suzie, Paul & Mark!

Went to renew CBT at the Redditch school and had a awful experience! The facility totally unsuitable tiny gravel carpark way too small for pad work, bikes old and battered! If you are unfortunate to have Chris as your instructor forget it, unprofessional, rude, arrogant and impatient, he spent the whole time chain smoking and shouting, he didn’t graspe the fact that it’s not a pass or fail it’s training ( I’ve been riding for 2 years daily and was treating this as a formality to just renew my CBT) he cut the day short by 2 hrs 50 minutes saying we are finished and just need to do the road ride, my response was why are we finished now and not doing the road ride? He said not enough time? We will need to rebook and pay again! We were suppose to finish at 4.30pm road ride takes no more than 2 hrs, they are operating a scam to get you to pay twice or more, I’ve contacted them multiple times, they don’t even have the decency to reply. Very disappointed with whole experience, which should have been a positive one. Spend your more else where and avoid these clowns at all cost.

Shep was the instructor. A really top guy. Patient, safe, professional, knowledgable. Absolute faith in his integrity and judgement.
It would have been 5 stars if I was rating the instructor alone.
But I have to rate the whole experience. I must knock half a star off! But we can't give 4.5 star reviews here.
The half star knocked off was because of me not picking up a key skill quickly enough. Also because of a car parked in the middle of the practice car park impeded significqntly on our practise area!
It soured my experience by half a star.
I needed 30 minutes more perhaps before hitting the road on a geared bike.
The others on the same course as me were more experienced riders and were ready for the road quicker than me. I felt bad for delaying them. So we agreed that I do the road ride on an auto, after which the instructor then kindly taught me a little more about the manual clutch and let me practise further. All ended well, I just wish I'd have been able to do the road ride on a geared bike.
But I emphasise this is not the fault of the instructor, Shep, who was exceptional, encouraging and positive throughout.

Just done my CBT with Paul from Riders Worcester, really nice, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Good equipment and good balance between class room and practical teaching. Will definitely be going back to do may DAS asap.

Wolverhampton - would not recommend this place for CBT what so ever. Horrible instructor. Just shouting 'faster faster' and not even really teaching. It was like being at school all those years ago. Don't bother unless your an experienced biker. If your a new rider then look else where.

Really unprofessional and amateur setup. The ‘classroom’ was a cold dark shipping container. The instructor in redditch was a sarcastic impatient know it all. No really coaching or assistance, more an expectation that new learners would already know 99% of the necessary. The bikes were old, poorly maintained Chinese models. Wouldn’t recommend. Spend another 20 quid and get a proper instructor and setup.

As a born again biker I had to revisit all the instincts from 30 years of driving. Greg (Birmingham) was fantastic very patient and experienced. I also found to office staff to be friendly and helpful.

They ripped me off twice, avoid at all costs.

When I tried to contact them to get some kind of resolution, they said they'd call me back and didn't. So I chased, and each time I'd get someone different who had no idea what I was talking about and it just went on and on.

They've taken hundreds of pounds from me and I have nothing to show for it.

Please avoid them if you can.

Riders@Gloucester are awesome. From the moment I booked my course nothing was too much trouble. Phil the instructor was excellent...he had the right amount of patience and drive to give me the confidence that I would be able to master it and pass at the end of the day. Thank you Phil!!!

The worst experience I ever had in my life. I have been discriminated against as I am a Muslim person who follows Islam. English is not my native language, but doesn’t mean I can’t have a conversation or understand the rules and what is my instructor says. I went to set my CBT training which is clearly you can see I am trying so you must be patient when you deal with a student doing his course for first time.
We were 4 students and I have only spent like 10 minutes on the moped and never been out the place.
The instructor discriminated me saying to me,
Look ahead why looking up are you praying which really hurts and put me off, and I was really nervous.
He should appreciate my time and the money I paid to set the training. I have been stressed out And getting very upset and I had to travel to London and set the training out there while my kid was really ill.
The haven’t explained anything plus the dirty looks he was giving me that was really horrible.
To be honest, I don’t know how there are mentally unstable people out there living their life and getting in control of other people’s lives.
I wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone at all.
