Done my cbt,mod1 and mod 2 with shep at kingsheath over the last year the training and experience he passed on to me is second to none. Very professional and a top trainer couldn't thank him enough.

Done my CBT with Shep’ 2 years ago, renewed it yesterday with Christian. Both were fantastic, very patient with the new riders and both know their stuff. I’d 100% recommend

There was a very high standard of teaching from Richard and Zac. They gave very good, helpful feedback. It was a friendly, relaxed environment all day, so the riders could focus on getting it right, without any judgemental/negative feedback. (Not so relaxed, that they didn't keep you focussed and safe). A very enjoyable day with a positive result. I would totally recommend the CBT training at Riders, whether you are a new rider or coming back for a renewal.

Me and my stepson attended kings heath Riders today to complete our CBT together.

I have some experience riding but my lad who has has never been on a road style 125cc bike before and I have to say the calm and experienced teaching style here made our day an amazing experience all round.

Introductions-licence check and expectations of the day laid out clearly depending on individual progression.

We wore jeans/work like combat trousers sturdy shoes and over ankle boots the training centre provided good quality helmets/jackets and gloves for us.

Make sure you bring a snack and a drink or alternatively there is a shop just up the road it was warm today and our drinks and snacks were essential to carry on our training uninterrupted as the training is a full day all in all.

I would definitely recommend this training centre and I am looking forward to attending again soon to progress to my full DAS when I have done my theory test booked up in September.

Extremely disappointed with the Instructors attitude at Redditch, and the follow up from the office when raising concerns.
No toilets available.
Be prepared for a second day at a cost.

I recently completed my CBT at the Kingstanding training facility. Instructors Phil and Raf were both patient, friendly, and genuinely supportive throughout the day. Raf in particular made the experience enjoyable with his sense of humour, extensive knowledge of motorcycle maintenance, and useful riding tips. Both instructors did everything they could to help everyone get through the training with confidence and made the best use of the equipment available to them.
Unfortunately, the same praise can't be given to the company's bike maintenance. The evening before my CBT, I received a call informing me that one of the geared bikes was unavailable and asking if I would be willing to complete the training on an automatic scooter. As I'm working towards my DAS on a manual motorcycle, I felt this was an unreasonable suggestion.
On the day itself, there were four trainees. One rider had to use the automatic scooter due to his bike been faulty. My bike initially wouldn't start due to a battery issue, although this was eventually resolved. Later, another trainee's bike developed gearbox problems and wouldn't select gears properly, and the throttle grip kept sliding off. Out of the three geared bikes available, only one seemed to be in proper working order.
The instructors were excellent and did their best despite the circumstances, but the condition of the training bikes was disappointing. The fleet appears to be poorly maintained and would benefit from replacement or at least better upkeep, including protective crash bars given how often training bikes are likely to be dropped.
Overall, Phil and Raf deserve credit for delivering a positive training experience despite the equipment issues, but the company needs to invest more in maintaining its motorcycles.

Had an issue with my booking at wolverhampton on Friday because of a misunderstanding with emails and me not being in the right place.
Emailed them Friday morning had a call back within the hour i explained what had happened and they offered me Monday in Birmingham or Tuesday at Brierley Hill i chose Monday at Birmingham. I turned up and the day was brilliant the instructor was excellent and guided us through the whole day.
I can not fault the customer service they didn't argue or try to put all the blame on me it was a genuine mistake on both parties.
I am very impressed with them, iam going to do my mod1 and mod2 with them.

Completed my CBT with Paul and Julian at Worcester. Both excellent - patient, full of knowledge and encouragement - and I now feel confident to move onto the next stage.
Really enjoyed the whole experience. The wealth of knowledge that the team possesses really comes across. I'll look forward to training with them again when I'm ready to take my full licence.

I’ve had an incredible experience with Riders Motorcycle Training in Wolverhampton and honestly can’t recommend them enough. The whole course was worth every penny, and the environment there is spot on—even the other instructors are happy to chip in with advice and help you out.

A massive shout-out to Nick, who I had for my first week, and Dan for the second. Both were brilliantly patient and professional. They really let me learn at my own pace, allowing me to make mistakes and then helping me understand how to fix them, which built my confidence massively. They didn’t just teach me the basics; they shared so many "tips and tricks" that you only get from experienced riders.

If you’re even slightly interested in getting on a bike, go to these guys. It’s a great atmosphere, and you’ll come away a much better ride.

Thank you for getting me through the motorcycle test. Shep was a great instructor, he thoroughly explained things to me and was patient throughout the training.

Hopefully I will be able to pop in on my bike whenever that may be.

The trainer Shep birmingham Kings Heath was fantastic with my training he prepared me for everything I needed to learn for my test days. He is calm and funny with lots of patience. I had some contact with the office and all staff were fantastic and very helpful(Be, Lucy and Aiden). Before my test day I did some work with Steve Coventry who knows his stuff.

Appreciate the understanding from the teacher ZAK he was great and made it seem so easy what a great day even though it rained we still got on and had such a great day amazing teacher would definitely recommend

Riders have been great to deal with. Even with DVSA cancellations and changes of city for my test to be done, things have been simple enough to manage. Shep and the team at riders are first class. Top person and very helpful to unpick my bad habits after years of riding. Passed with no minors at all which is a testament to the training. Would recommend the company and trainers highly. Steve at Motocoastal was a great guy and helpful on the city relocation for my test as well. Recommended company across the board.

The instructor was amazing. He had excellent communication skills, explained everything clearly, and was on point with everything he helped me with. He also helped me build my confidence and learn how to control the bike safely Big Thanks to Nigel

I had an amazing time doing my cbt thanks to phill he was a great instructor and all the other staff that was there was really helpful and they want you to pass and help as much as they can thanks for a good experience

I would not suggest any new rider uses this company, Sam is not a good instructor. He will not
give you your CBT certificate and then won’t be able to give a reason why. I think it’s a power and
control thing for him! They will ignore emails and phone calls. Sam will ignore the advice they
give to you the student to wear a sturdy jacket but instead wear a nice T shirt then try and laugh
it off by pretending he forgot! No instructor should ever do this and just makes his instruction
more laughable and non-professional

Phill was really good would recommend you to go see phill if you are a new bike rider he will be straight up with you if you have pass
