As always with Richer Sounds my interaction was gold medal standard. Expertise, genuine friendliness and a clear desire to assist in anyway possible. I had an enquiry about a new cassette player that was available to pre-order. I had a few technical questions that were clearly answered with confidence and product knowledge. On the back of that clarification, I have preordered the cassette player and look forward to receiving it on its release day. Service at its very best.

Staff in the weybridge store were charming and helpful, I was simply picking up an online order, but it was far more enjoyable than scanning a code on a vending machine! Thank!

Had issues with DPD delivery and conflicting messaging from them but they were sorted by the store manager and I picked up the headphones as planned from the store.
I had good service from the store many years ago too and that's why I went back to them this time. Plus the convenience of close parking that's not too expensive.

I had a problem with a blown/burned out speaker. A quick listen in the shop confirmed it. No problem said the manager and a new set of speakers arrived the following morning

Richer sounds employee went above and beyond to help. He managed to do an awesome price match on an awesome product and left me feeling very well looked after.
The delivery was very efficient and the richer sounds 6 year guarantee makes me feel like I have true peace of mind.

The Richer Sounds staff at Weybridge are so helpful. Response to initial email within hours and good communication going forward. They tested my existing AV amp on their TVs and confirmed what I thought and gave great advice. No charge for that. Amazing customer support.

Such helpful advice at the Weybridge store. They were really helpful in guiding us to the best television and wall bracket for our needs. We are delighted with both. Delivery was arranged with ease and on time, brilliant service. This is why we use the Weybridge store and do not go online.

Only thing I would say is the sound volume really not great at all. These new thin TVs need to come up with a solution for this.
Or offer an inclusive deal with soundbar?
