Great company with great people. We bought a big tv which unfortunately had a technical manufacturer issue. Contacted RS and they couldn't have been more helpful. Had a replacement tv within a couple of days. Very good advice and after sales service equals piece of mind on a big purchase. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Oli and his knowledge and support was first class. He tested the projector in the shop with me and I was so pleased he found the product to be an excellent purchase for me. It was a seamless journey from our first talk to taking the projector home. Very happy.

Joy in listening to my music again
Andre from Richer Sounds in Swiss Cottage provided a great service. I had an old Hi Fi that had not worked for many years. I am not an expert do was delighted that he was able to provide options and installed what I needed. I am now enjoying listening to my music. Great joy. Fabulous service

I have to say Richer Sounds never let you down, if anything is wrong they immediately pull out all the stops to remedy the situation. The Sennheiser headphones I received were damaged in transit. The people at Richer Sounds Swiss Cottage are actual people. They were there when I called, listened when I explained the problem (a faulty TV), and offered help. They were patient, thoughtful and keen to improve the situation. Refreshing.

Paul was extremely helpful and the television was delivered very quickly. John installed it for me a couple of days later and his expertise was absolutely amazing. Excellent service
I went looking for better headphones and Oli at Swiss Cottage branch was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also discussed and demonstrated some other equipment I was interested in. Very good service without any pressure or hassles.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM FILIP
Filip at Swiss Cottage was very patient as I was very confused about choice. Once I had made a decision He expedited delivery for next day. Richer Sounds seems to have one of the most comprehensive selections of Hi Fi brands and related accessories available

Oli was very helpful
Oli was very helpful. Made recommendations and provided all of them (and lots of time) to try them out in the back room. Came to my flat to install the tech (and the control app) to ensure everything worked properly. Followed up to make sure the turntable I bought for my son was working as well.
