Very efficient ordering service to store within the stated 2 days despite being the week before Christmas. Kept informed throughout the process via email then a courtesy phone call from the store to confirm my order was ready to collect. Friendly and professional service all round, thank you!

I visited the reigate store to look for a new tv i meet with Ian who was very knowledgeable and helpful i agreed to buy a new 65" tv and collected it a few days later. Once home and installed i had issues with the tv itself as it wouldn't control the picture so contacted the shop they went through some checks over the phone after 2 more calls and a lot of frustration with the tv NOT the store at all it was agread to return it and a swap out to a new Sony. so i went to collect the new tv and return the faulty one, new tv was not in as it had been ordered a day later than my call, the guys in the shop went over and above to get it to me that day they stayed later than the closing time to confirm this all happens and I got my tv that day. So it's a big thumbs up from me for Ian and his team in resolving the issue I had.

Got great advice and recommedation from store sales man Olie at the Reigate store.

Alway enjoyed an honest opinion from the team in Reigate, Ian as always along with his team happy to answer questions, demonstrate equipment and make suggestions that are user centred.

Helpful customer service resulted in easy transaction.
