Richer Sounds - Plymouth Anmeldelser

Very helpful and informative staff

Ben is alway quick to respond to requests and send quote and supportive information and amazing customer service

Paid for an EverSolo T8 Network Streamer which was awaiting stock. Kept well informed until it was ready for collection. Have bought most of my equipment from them and will continue to do so. Customer service as it should be.

The assistant that served me, Oana, was incredibly helpful and is a real credit to your Plymouth store team.

I was pleased to be able to audition a new amplifier at home with the option of a return and refund within two weeks. However, when I asked for the price match to be honoured I was told despite the exact same product being available at £100 cheaper elsewhere it wasn’t eligible because it didn’t have the same warranty period offered by Richer Sounds, so I think the price match offer by RS is quite deceptive.
I was given a £30 discount which helped sweeten the pill somewhat.

As always top staff and very honest and helpful they never put me wrong 5 🌟 every time i get 90 of my things from them top staff plymouth store thanks boy

"I’ve been a regular at Richer Sounds in Plymouth for years and have never been disappointed. You always get honest, expert advice without any pressure to buy—which is rare these days. Whether you're a hi-fi expert or a total beginner, the staff make you feel welcome. It’s my go-to spot for quality gear and great service."

Excellent service from everyone throughout the whole buying process, from advice and guidance in the Sheffield store and support on-line from the Plymouth store in price matching then beating a competitor price. Delivery team were also very helpful. We would have no hesitation in using Richer Sounds again in the future.

Great customer service from Jay. Pleasure to do business as usual. Always best price and I’m very happy with my purchase

very good pricing, super clear communications, quality product, ability to extend warranty easily, location of Plymouth store (striking distance of the city centre, and WITH PARKING!) Lovely staff, really knowledgeable, and genuine enthusiasts e.g. of vinyl

I was able to talk to a real person on the phone for advice in finding exactly what suited me; he was very charming and helpful.

They are the perfect company. Amazing knowledge, service, and great prices. Plus quick delivery.

Price, prompt delivery

I am always greeted with a friendly smile and a willing to help. I get good advice when discussing options of the type of product I want to buy and always get excellent service.

We bought a new LG TV from you recently. The staff in the shop were very helpful and pleasant. The purchase was made efficiently and with no delays and the TV and Freeview box were set aside for Kevin to collect for us.
Those were the positive points.
I felt I had to buy another TV as the Panasonic I bought from you last April had developed a fault. It has been sent away for repair leaving us with no TV in our lounge. Your guarantee does not provide a spare set and we found it too inconvenient to manage without a TV to watch. This was made even more difficult because my husband has Alzheimer's disease. Watching TV is his only entertainment during the day.

As always helpful service, rapid delivery, aided me in carrying TV to the car.
