Did click and collect from my local RS. I didn’t realise what they mean is Click and wait and collect. Ordered Friday and had to take time off work on Monday to collect it - they should make it clear that you can’t collect immediately unlike most click and collect retailers. A shame as I wanted to support them rather than order off Amazon but not sure I would again

However, problems experienced in trying to review the product purchased in response to email to review - the link did not work and have still not been able to submit an opinion on either of the recent purchases.
