A positive experience
Very pleased with the service I received from Richer Sounds. I chose the click and collect service and I was kept informed frequently about the status of my order. When I picked up my order the salesperson was very friendly. All in all, a positive experience.

High quality service at Oxford Richer Sounds
Yesterday after a phone call drove the 50 odd miles from Ealing to RS Oxford to listen to a Denafrips Enyo 15th DAC a highly resolving system was set up like my own, I bought it.
Thanks to Matt who had previously sold me a MXN1O streamer by phone & setting up the system & to Paddy who organised getting in the Enyo 15th in both went the extra distance to get me what I wanted... Impressive.

Friendly and efficient service

Always a great experience!
As always this time it was another great experience shopping at Richer Sounds Oxford. The staff are always friendly professional and helpful and prices are always good with the chance of nabbing a real bargain with clearance and ‘open box’ deals.
Two tips if you are new to RS…. 1) Join their VIP. club (it’s free) for special offers and 2) Be aware of their’Trade Up’ as you might be able to part exchange your old gear.
