Great staff and product

Called in late on a Tuesday and chatted with Damien who then the next day emailed me 3 alternative systems quotes based on good , better , best.
I decided that the better or best options were best suited to what I wanted and what I wanted to pay so made an appointment for the following week to come in for a demo.
This done I decided and the goods were ordered and I picked them up a couple of days later.
Various emails also answered very promptly.
Delighted with the system.
Damien was very personable , very efficient and good to chat with.
The whole experience was as good as I have experienced on any retail purchase if not better and felt in many ways traditional and old fashioned and all the better for this.
I had done my own research and the suggestions were closely matched.
Damien was happy to pre fit the banana plugs to the speaker cables for me which was also much appreciated.
To be honest for any future purchases or indeed upgrades I will go straight to RS.

I was waiting for an item to come back in stock, easy to complete over the phone, although I haven't picked it up yet, I'm sure it won't be a problem.

We were served by Ash who was fabulous. Took time to talk to us about what we were looking for. He was so knowledgeable and personable and we ended up buying a turntable that was less expensive than the one we initially planned to buy.

Richer Sounds has been my go to shop for TV and HiFi for some years now. The staff are always helpful and know their product. I wouldn’t go elsewhere.

Responded rapidly to my email. Item ordered and delivered to the shop next day, notified immediately. Ready to pick up next day when I arrived. Friendly and polite staff.

After 17 years my Pioneer Kuro plasma TV finally packed up. So I needed a new TV, visited the Oxford branch of Richer Sounds on a Friday morning and after a good recommendation from Kas the manager, I ordered a new LG G6 TV.
Only available from their warehouse but by Saturday lunchtime I had a new TV delivered to my house👍

Very knowledgeable staff, TV was faulty, exchanged without question 👍

I explained what the problem was. I and the salesman discussed the options for a repair but I decided to buy a replacement as suggested by the salesman,

Having looked for buying advice from various online sources, I then did a price comparison with both High St and online retailers. I have previously bought goods from Richer Sounds and have valued their advice. My final call before choosing both the TV and where to buy from was to Richer Sounds to have a chat about the merits of 2 TVs. I got the opinion of the Store Manager (Kaz) and he reinforced my views to go for one over the other. No pressure was applied to make that choice and I valued his straight forward views. The decision was eventually made on price and, although not necessarily the cheapest place to buy, the candour of the staff member was enough to make my decision.

The staff where amazing in the advice offered and the products arrived very quickly.
