Richer Sounds - Oxford Anmeldelser

Easy to contact sales then specific store to enquire about clearance / open box product.
Clear & simple payment method, & quick delivery, well packaged.

1. recommendation (5-star from a family member)
2. in-store demo room (Oxford UK)
3. talking through options with Ash: no pressure, options for higher/lower cost; we ended up with a higher cost pair of speakers, plus a soundbar.
4. Delivery of order, efficient and on time
5. recommendation of a separate installer (Jo) for TV/soundbar/sound system, who did an excellent job.
6. The Richer Sounds operation is clearly friendly and efficient in all departments. It's a pleasure to recommend RS and spread these positive feedback comments.

An absolutely 1st class service. Damien, Matt and Paddy, were so helpful, and certainly knew there stuff. Pointed me in the right direction, to cater for my needs. Excellent prices and a blue light discount. Kept in touch all the way with deliveries and stock levels, and topped it off with ground breaking 6 year warranties. Cant think of anything to improve upon, and will certainly recommend them 👏😀

Great service and knowledge as usual

Aside from having a relaxing and informed chat about all things hi fi, I was afforded a good deal on the turntable I was interested in. All very efficient and effective. Delivery was also a lot faster than expected, so all in, a great experience. Thank you Richer Sounds

Very helpful with the product and kept informed when the delivery of my new television would be delivered.
Highly recommend

No pressure selling.
A pleasant change to receive knowledgable, constructive advice.
We were dealt with by Kaz 10/10

All the staff at the Oxford branch were friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

I have bought quite a few things from Richer Sounds. My last purchase a LG TV which unfortunately developed a fault. They were very supportive in me getting a replacement, so once again top marks for price and customer support.

Knowledgeable, helpful and no upselling. They listened to me and made suggestions suitable for my budget and needs.

Oxford store is amazing. To be fair always has been.
The knowledge and support ive received is a rare thing and something that will ensure i come back in the future.

👍🏼

Help and advice given by the gent that I spoke with - thank you. Price of item bought. Free delivery. Refundable insurance premium promise. Delivered the day after I ordered it. Nothing at all to moan about. Thanks to all concerned 👍

My first Richer Sound experience was fantastic. Knowing exactly what I wanted, I could skip the store and order by phone. A helpful staff member provided all the information I needed. Three days later, I received a phone call saying the hifi was ready for collection. The collection was smooth and friendly. A knowledgeable staff member answered all my questions about hifi, especially since I’m a beginner and would love to spend a whole day there.

Regarding the Denon M41, it wasn’t bad but honestly, if I could choose again, I’d go for separate hifi panels like an amplifier, CD player and so on.

The speakers, Dali Oberon 1, were excellent. I’m very happy with them and wouldn’t change them.

I highly recommend this store in Oxford.

It was great meeting Damian or Paddy . You were served by Damian written in email but the guy in the store was Paddy.

Thanks a lot, I hope to visit again soon. But for the Marantz PM6007 to fully utilise the Dali Oberon 1, I’ll need to get a separate amplifier.

Helpful experience

The staff were very curteous and accommodating. The purchase process was very simple and straight forward. It was the first time, I purchased from Richer Sounds (family members have always bought from RS) and I would be happy to purchase from them in all of my future electronic purchases. They have deals (including a guarantee) that can't be beaten. Highly Recommended!

I always go to Kaz and the Oxford branch for TV/Sound as they are truly excellent, very helpful and a genuine decent bunch of people.

They've looked after me, my family members and many friends over the years - well priced and top notch advice.

You genuinely feel you can trust the advice given as you are dealing with experts that have a real passion and interest in Hifi.

Always use Richer Sounds. Helpful advice. Good prices. Pleasant staff to deal with. Highly recommended.

Good knowledge, recommendations and customer service.
