Just had another great experience with Richersounds. The DAC I bought had some tech problems when setting up. However, I received exemplary care and attention and everything was resolved. Will certainly return.

Excellent service. The salesman even carried out the TV that I had purchased to my car. The sound bar that I was going to collect was not in stock but was delivered within 2/3 days. A great new tv & sound bar from L&G.

I'd like to say a big thankyou to Adam, who made my recent experience a real pleasure. I visited the store with a plan to upgrade all of my equipment. His knowledge and experience served to relax me that what I was looking to purchase was correct for my needs..
I ended up revising my original plan and trusted his advice. The guys in store are unbiased and give honest opinions. The whole team are such nice guys, and I can see why people favour the service over other businesses.. I came away very happy, and felt very well looked after!
