The customer service great particularly from Robin who I met in the London Bridge branch and who helped me to choose a music centre which took out the stress out of trying to make a decision. Robin also kindly offered to assemble the music centre at my home which was really appreciated.

Excellent staff, great equipment, good value
Able to view the AV receiver in the shop with knowledgeable advice from the staff. Easy to order and pay, delivered the next day to my home. Denon AVR has great sound, good connectivity, easy to set up

Went into the London Bridge branch, needed a large screen TV, and audio receiver for my client.
Terry was incredibly knowledgeable, and gave me a further discount on the items I purchased.

A great experience with Malek in the London Bridge Store.
I have purchased from Richer Sounds a few times, but this was the first time I visited one of the stores.
I had planned on purchasing an EVO150 SE, but was not sure about getting speakers for it at this time.
I had the EVO 150 confused with the cheaper EVO one.
Malik sorted out my confusion and set up the experience room for me to try the EVO 150combined with a pair of DALI Oberon 5's.
I was very impressed, but being concerned about the ability to use wireless headphones with the system, Malik organised a demo of this feature. It is important as this system is for the living room and sometimes I want to listen to music while my wife is watching TV.

No pressure at all to buy and all options laid out to me and recommendations good and bad.
Didn't honestly think I would have been in a position to purchase what I did but being a VIP member also helped as well as Robin at London bridge helping to get in my price range.
