I had a slight problem with the product purchased, but an email and prompt, polite and fantastic service from the staff at the Kingston shop resolved everything to my complete satisfaction.

We visited Richer Sounds in Kingston without knowing what exactly we wanted in terms of a new TV. We found Dan very helpful in explaining the options. He was not at all pushy but very informative - and patient, as we changed our minds a few times!

Once we’d finally made up our minds, we were put in touch with Liam, the installer. He too could not have been more helpful (and patient!). He really knows his stuff and we had every confidence he was going to do a good job. In the event he went above and beyond, including taking as much time as we needed until he was confident we had mastered all the controls.

As a result of Dan and Liam’s efforts we now have a 54" TV we are delighted with very neatly installed in the location of our choosing at exactly the right viewing height and with all the cables neatly out of sight. In light of our experience we would have no hesitation to recommending Richer Sounds to all and sundry.

Smooth transaction - cashing in credit voucher arising from a 5 year old Samsung's LEDs failing for 2nd time. Great price for model chosen. Sales person very thorough.

Following a decision to purchase a Sony BRAVIA 8 II K55XR8M25PB TV, I called in at Curry's, New Malden, armed with a price from Richer Sounds, bettering their price, with a view to get a price match.
Whilst there, they made me the offer to price match – I then, instantly decided, why should I purchase from Curry's – Richer Sounds gave the best price, it was right and proper to purchase from them.
From the store, rang the Richer Sounds Kingston Branch, spoke to Callum, who was excellent, knowledgeable, approachable, and took the time to explain the differences between models without any pressure to upsell. His advice confirmed my choice of the BRAVIA 8 II with confidence, and the purchasing process was smooth and efficient.
Delivery was made next day!
The TV itself is excellent, delivering outstanding picture quality, vibrant colours, and impressive sound straight out of the box. Setup was straightforward, and it performs exactly as expected from a premium Sony product.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service received. I would happily recommend Richer Sounds to anyone looking for expert advice and quality home entertainment equipment.

The support was fine but so much noise from other telesales people it was difficult to hear what was said. A quieter environment behind the telesales responder would be very helpful

Friendly and helpful staff

The speakers are really good in their own right and compatible with a 35 year old music centre, which is great. And the store connected me with an expert installer. And they held a DVD player for me for a couple of hours without advance payment.

I ordered a new small TV online to collect in store, ( this is the second time I've bought a TV from RS) it was there ready for me to collect as arranged the next day, which was very convenient for me. The staff were friendly and efficient, I couldn't fault the experience, wouldn't hesitate to use Richer Sounds again in the future.

Ok, there were initial hiccups in delivery due to incomplete address. But the way it was managed in time bound manner by the Richer Sound, Kingston Branch thereafter was simply amazing. Many thanks for ensuring correctness of items. options provided and everything else.

Very helpful telephone chat with manager of Kingston on Thames store. Purchased a Blu Ray player and talked into extended guarantee.
Delivered really quickly but really disappointed that it didn't have the essential HDMI lead with it. If I had been told, in the phone call when I bought it, that it didn't include an HDMI lead I would have bought one. Really disappointed would have given 5 stars.

Friendly and most informative help, pitched at a level for someone (me) with limited knowledge but bringing me forward to understand the basis for making a selection and for me to feel comfortable about making a decision.

Importantly, selling seemed to be focussed not on my maximum spend but on what was best for me and for completing my hi-fi system where it was an inappropriate amplifier that was letting down the quality of sound.

Following the amplifier being brought home and setting-up, we had queries. Carl was immediately accessible and available, and willing to help and set us straight.

We are delighted with the enormous improvement and are thoroughly enjoying records which until this upgrade we were contemplating pensioning off.

I will have no hesitation in again being a customer of Richer Sounds for any further equipment or advice in the future.

Great offer on a fantastic product but it is the first class customer service from Richer which always makes them the first choice for us. Manager Carl resolved an issue with item damaged in transit in record time, making sure we had a new TV in time for Christmas. Thank you!

There is a very welcoming atmosphere at the store from the moment you step in, which felt genuine. The particular store did not had a lot of stock on display, but Callum advised me that all items items are available online and can be collected from the store. I ended up ordering a turntable and a pre-amp. In general the whole service is great, very professional. I also had to contact the sales support as I had an issue with the online and got sorted immediatelly. At the end of the day you can get the same products from other retailers, but the service and the attention they provided is incredible, i would rather buy always from Richer Sounds. You guys won a new customer.
