Following an initial visit to Currys, which is usually our first point of call when purchasing a new television, we decided to carry out further research after receiving a personal recommendation from a friend. This included an online comparison of retailers, followed by visits to both stores.

While the sales personnel at Currys demonstrated a good general knowledge of our chosen television, the level of expertise provided by Leigh at Richer Sounds in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, was exceptional and clearly set him apart. Leigh displayed an in-depth knowledge of the LG 55-inch evo TV, explaining its features, performance benefits, and suitability for our specific requirements in a clear and confident manner.
His professional approach was particularly impressive. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, discussed the LG model we had already researched online, and provided detailed, relevant insights without any pressure to purchase. This instilled complete confidence in both the product and the buying process.

I purchased a sharps 24" TV and had problems with it. the staff at Hanley branch ere excellent, I eventualy had an exchange for Sharps current version of of my TV. this is far superior in sound and picture quality than my original, couldn't be happier.

Great customer service

We visited the Hanley store to buy a new tv, Jack was really helpful and also told us there was a good deal on with a soundbar with tv we wanted, which we went with. They didn't have the tv in store so arranged delivery. Our order was delivered quicker than expected. Communication was really good, we had an email with purchase confirmation, then a delivery notification with a time slot. The delivery driver called on the day to advise they would be with us within 20 minutes and they were.

This was our second purchase of a tv from the Hanley store and again, a really good experience with very knowledgeable and helpful staff and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
