A great experience from placing the order to receiving the TV and wall bracket 2 days later. I was kept informed of the delivery schedule via text and Gareth phoned me when he was 10 minutes from my home so I could continue with my day without waiting at home and meet him when he arrived. He was very polite and carried the boxes inside before checking them and recording the delivery.

The delivery team Zak and Ian were absolutely brilliant - very professional, friendly and helpful! I bought a massive TV that they had to manoeuvre up a narrow staircase and it got stuck a couple of times but they persevered in good spirits until they managed to get it to the right room. I am very grateful! Excellent service!

Trav and Mark did a great job with our delivery kept us updated and delivers into the lounge very polite. Just like the service was i the Hanley store.

Travelodge and Mark were very helpful bringing in the products, they were respectful by taking shoes off when asked and helped carry the product I ordered up a flight of stairs.

Zak and Ian kept in touch and let me know when they was close so I could be prepared. They carried the tv in the house offering to take off their shoes and was really helpful and friendly. Brilliant service

After purchasing a Samsung 50 inch TV I was given a time and day for a delivery and on the day the delivery driver Trav text me to say he would be there in the next hour, when he delivered the TV he was really helpful and said if there was anything I needed just to give them a ring.

Excellent service from Gareth and Karol, received the text with a time slot, a phone call 20 mins in advance of their arrival and they kindly moved all 4 packages to the most convenient place for us. Really nice guys.

Delivery was good, TV works exactly as expected. I am not expecting to use the 6 Yr warranty as the amplifier/ receiver I bought from them in 1987 still works fine.
Absolutely nothing to complain about, I will use them again 😀.

The TV was delivered on time by a very helpful team. Placed it exactly where I asked them to. They were well mannered and polite.

I was kept informed about this delivery and as expected I got a message saying my delivery would be from 11.15 am till 13.15. I got a phone call saying the delivery team were 15 minutes away. Gareth and Karol appeared exactly on time brought my new TV sound bar and recording box into my home and checked the packaging was pristine as described.
