Followed by a very helpful and communicative Gareth delivering the tv 2 days later. He text in the morning to advise our slot and adjusted his schedule to suit our availability. Had delivery of new TV today from Gareth & Mark. Got a courtesy call 30 mins before they arrived, all on time and about as quick and efficient as you could ask for.

As a bonus, was advised on dealing with interference and connection problems with my home HiFi system already installed.

Richer Sounds is a great company to buy off, I have used them many times. This delivery of a Samsung tv by Karol and Paul was very efficient. I was given a delivery slot (only two days after ordering) and Karol rang me when they were ½ hour away. All good! 👍

Excellent service
I received a text giving me a 1hr delivery slot which was great. Gareth and Mark rang to say they were going to be early if that was ok which is was. They were very polite and professional and provided an excellent service. I am very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend.
