Excellent costumer service and very happy with my purchases excellent communication skills

Amazing customer service, that you do not usually find nowadays. The team at Croydon Richer Sounds have gone out of their way to assist me with an issue with my new Panasonic TV and Sky Q.
Trying to watch Ultra HD on the new Panasonic resulted in the picture blanking out.
The team arranged for someone to come to my house and fully test the TV, establishing the problem was a compatibility issue between the Sky Q box and the TV. Also assisted me in by contacting Panasonic Customer service on my behalf, when they dismissive.
Unable to resolve the problem, the team agreed to change the TV for a different brand as neither Sky or Panasonic were interested in resolving the issue, blaming each other.
Thank you to Dominic, Kerian, Paul and Richard, for all your patience, assistance and excellent customer service.

RicherSounds. Offers honest and good advice. I have used them for my Hi-Fi and Home Cinema needs for almost 40 years. They don't push any equipment but listen to your requirements and suggest solutions. My mobility is restricted now so I can't really visit their shops easily so I depend on trust. Don't go to the normal box pushers, use people that have good training and experience. You won't regret it.

Knowledgeable staff but additional offered wall fitting service was a huge let down which ruined the experience ie Waited over a week and then told another two weeks with no response to a simple enquiry. Disappointing that Richer Sounds uses someone with not their high standards of customer service

Great company, have used them since the 70's

Paul was very helpful when buying a DVD player/recorder and sent an email with a link to the manual. Didn't need it in the end as it actually came with a paper manual but good of him to do that. Kept informed by Richer sounds when it would be arriving and got it the following day. We will be shopping with Richer Sounds again.

I made a genuine mistake and bought the wrong TV stand for the wall and was very happy that the item was taken back, without any fuss

We visited the branch in South Croydon and met Kieran. We were looking for a record player for our daughter’s 16th birthday. Kieran could not have been more helpful & accommodating. He went above and beyond to meet our needs.
