Paul at the Cambridge store was absolutely brilliant ! The guys who delivered and assembled the telly to the stand were good but didn't seem to know what they were doing !

Thank you for your review, although I'm sorry the desktop installation wasn't as smooth as it should have been. I will of course feed this back to the delivery crew, that undertake the service, and ensure they improve for the future.

Brilliant service
Bought a Cambridge Audio music streamer from the Cambridge Richer Sounds branch and it was an excellent shopping experience. As a complete novice in the field, I got very good advice and made my purchase quickly and smoothly.
The following day, I phoned the store with several idiotic questions and again got good and patient advice.
The CXN100 that I bought is a fabulous piece of kit and having implemented the various ideas I was given, gives stunning music quality. It’s a great addition to my ancient CD collection.
