Originally I spoke to the team on the phone regarding a new TV, very helpful and informative.

Came into store to place the order as it was a non stock item, great guys would not hesitate to recommend.

I'm a returning customer and bought a top of the range TV online.
Good information over the phone from shop. Next day delivery. Very good delivery company. Kept me informed of delivery times, right to my door.
Set up by reliable company within a few days.
Allround professional and excellent service. Very satisfied with the product I bought.

Richer Sounds is a great audio visual retailer where not only can you see and hear hardware instead of just online before committing to spending but has friendly knowledgeable staff. First they correctly advised me what I needed to connect my TV via optical audio cable to my HiFi but also I was able to view the Sony Bravia 8 II. The purchase in person was a quick straightforward good experience with finance options to suit my needs and they had the most competitive price backed with a 6 year guarantee. I recommend this retailer and would most definitely purchase from them again.

Attentive, Knowledgeable staff who advised me on what to buy for my media wall before build.
There was a hint of “upselling”by Lewis that I was happy to go with.
The delivery was on time and handled with care by the company you use.
On reflection I believe that a move to alternative outlet (retail estate) would increase sales as the Bournemouth store is based in a dodgy district with a bus stop blocking the window of the store.

The item purchase was a superb deal infact I could not beat it. The advertised item did not do it justice as it was even better than expected, deliver was literally next morning could not fault the service and the sales staff were knowledgeable as always. Richard Sounds have come along way since the days of a cowboys outfit chewing Hubba Baba and blowing bubbles in-store with a demotivated sales assistant behind the counter.

Product readily available to take away at the point of purchase

Been a Richer Sounds customer since 90’s.Always got great service,low prices and good customer care.Only down side to this visit is the lack of parking at Bournemouth Branch,but suppose it is what it is.

From my first email to my visit to the Bournemouth branch the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and advised me to buy cheaper speakers than the ones I enquired about. He felt that the Fyne 300i would suit my Stereo and my musical tastes better than the Wharfedale 12.1i that I first emailed about. The £50 difference had nothing to do with the decision, he just said that I would be happy with the Fyne. And I am, and £50 better off, means I could buy 2 more LPs. The speakers that came with my Denon are a total load of rubbish compared to the Fyne 300i. I did wonder about the Fyne 301i,but again, Jamie felt I won't need them until I upgrade the system. Great guys in the Bournemouth shop. Thank you fellas.
