I was selling my Audi TT when I was contacted by Tracey who was clear and concise with who Revilo were and questions she had on the car. She gave me all the information I needed and we were able to come to an agreement on price.
A guy called Andy came to inspect the car and within an hour, the funds were in my bank account and the car was driven away,
I cant say I've ever had such a smooth car sale before. I'm very happy.

I have just sold my car to Fraser Cameron at Revilo Automotive. Everything done in a professional manner and once price agreed payment was fast.

A time wasting charlatan called Fraser rang me uninvited. This company shuld be called vilo not revilo. Avoid.

Adam from Revilo was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish! What impressed me most was that he did what he said he would! I was made an offer over the phone and someone came to pick the vehicle up a couple of days later. There was no haggling on the driveway (unlike I have experienced before) and the process was simple and smooth! I would highly recommend.

I contacted Revilo about selling my Mercedes after receiving an offer through Motorway. I was told by Jack Davies that Revilo would offer me £300 less, even after I’d already explained my original price expectation. He said he’d spoken with his manager, but the offer remained too low for me to consider seriously.

During our conversation, I was also advised that companies like Motorway might knock the price down when they visit, which I found quite off-putting – especially as I’d already done my research and reviewed Trustpilot myself. It felt like an unnecessary sales tactic to cast doubt on other platforms.

After I accepted the offer from Motorway (with Hendy Group – one of the UK’s largest and most reputable dealer networks), I received a voicemail from Jack the next day asking me to call him back, despite having already made my decision clear. Their call backs were very slow to respond.

I followed up with an email to share my concerns, and Jack finally replied, telling me to call him again after the collection as he has been in the business a long time (his photo would suggest otherwise) Well, that wasn’t necessary, a fantastic gentleman called Terry collected the car within 48 hours and paid the full amount as agreed. Smooth, professional and stress-free , exactly how it should be, after a quick test drive, the money was in my account within 10 minutes.

This review is not written out of frustration, but to help others make an informed decision. Be cautious about vague comparisons and pressure tactics – my experience with Motorway was spot on from start to finish.

Motorway was spot on from start to finish. I personally believe this justifies a 1* star review, why? Well put yourself in the customers shoe? £300 offered less after a chat with the manager to see if you could match? I was also contacted over a day later, waiting to hear back? 2) I had the car privately advertised on auto trader & within minutes was contacted by Jack who never even explained be was a car buyer at all? Until I received an email about Revilo? Is this your selling tactics?) & 3) I contacted them about this feedback before this post & Jacks’s response, “Call me after motorway pick the car up” in the belief they would drop the price” I think your comments justify the level of your service & the 1* star rating. Customers should be made aware of this type of service. In my experience it was miles away, I hope this helps improve your service & trust with any new customers that your approach!
Just to add: your company was the only that offered lower, hence why I left Motorway a 5* positive review!

WOW. Its RARE I get the chance to wright a good review these days but this is one of the must do's people that stood out ALEXANDRA thank you so much she's has a beautiful sole and I hope she runs the place one day, with her in every company the world it would be a better place, also Andy who collected the van amazing sole too thank you your lucky to have them VERY Professional Friendly Caring company

TRUST me do not use there competition they are awful really grim experience and time waisters

I was initially quite sceptical about using an online car buying company and so did my due diligence as it’s easy to create a nice website etc. Anyway, they kept to their word, once the price was agreed on the phone, they collected it and paid immediately by CHAPS, before I handed over the key, and they drove it away.

Totally legitimate and professional company. They saw my car ad on Autotrader and offered to buy it. A driver arrived the next day to collect the car and after checking to make sure my ad description was accurate, transferred the agreed price to my bank account and drove away. Very easy, no messing and kept me informed throughout. It's unlikely they will offer your asking price (they are a business and will resell the car) but as the process was hassle free I found the offer fair. Would recommend.

Thoroughly professional service. Everything very efficient and constant updates on progress. Realistic offer for vehicle. Everybody friendly and helpful. We could not fault them.

Excellent professional service very fair price paid for my Van no last minute haggling like other buyers.

They bought my car, pretty much all as expected.
We agreed on a reasonable price and all went through within a day very reasonably handled. Would sell to them again.

Perfectly, when you sell your car over Revilo Auomotive you have no stress, you get a little bit less if you sell you car by own but the service of Revilo Automotive remove the loss of a little bit of money. Also the colleague of Fraser who pick the car up and checked it was so professional, no weird questions, we get the money instantly what was agreed, 5 STARS!

I have my car for sale on autotrader (for less than the average selling price due to the need for a quick sale) and recieved a phone call from kendra to make a much lower offer. I declined the offer and informed her of the price I would ultimately like for the car. She said they would not be able to meet me at that price. She then proceeded to call me 7 times to offer me the same price, to ask me if I had had any other offers, to suggest that I lower my price because of new license plates coming out which would devalue my car and basically harass me into selling to them. I have politely asked her not to call which she has completely ignored and she has now also began to WhatsApp message me. Wouldn’t sell to them if they offered me double now on principle. Persistence is fine harassment isn’t, there’s a difference which she doesnt seem to have grasped! Hopefully kendra will see this and reflect on her approach towards purchases in the future…..I’m guessing she won’t though as she seems lacking in any amount of social awareness

Edit: based on their response. I asked on the phone call for her not to call me again. I also know that their intentions were never to offer a ‘substantially higher offer’ as they would have done so during the final phone conversation. The line did not go dead I put the phone down as on the previous call I had asked you not to call again

I Was skeptical when I got a call saying they would like to buy my car. The whole process was so easy and really fast. Adam and Rob for making it painless
