He was excellent at his job and very polite.Even he said he cannot fix the washing Machine .the parts was obsolete. I cannot not fault the company they are efficient .

The engineer, Nick, phoned ahead . He corrected the fault and showed me how to prevent it happening again .

Appointment was arranged online, received an email to confirm the appointment. The day before the appointment I was sent a three hour time slot. The contractor called to let me know he would arrive in 10mins, he was polite, courteous and respectful. No complaints!

Brought all gear with him. I have never had such a good experience with repairs and these sorts of jobs in the past ever in London

Great service from start to finish. Ian was brilliant friendly, professional and determined to get to the bottom of the problem. It took a few visits, but he got there in the end! Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Although the online process took a while we were given a date within 2 days. The engineer was very polite & said he'd have to order parts, which he did straight away. Got an e.mail with a date for repair very quickly. The same engineer came & machine was fixed
