The Reloop RHP-15 is by far the most worthless pair of headphones I have ever bought.

I used Power Dynamics PH550s for 15 years (unfortunately, they broke completely, so I had to replace them), and there were positive reviews everywhere on the internet... The reality... These Reloop RHP-15s are simply afraid of real volume.

While you can overclock the PH550 to 300% volume at nearly 120 dB, the Reloop starts screaming at 115% volume (krr krr krr) Worthless stuff; Reloop can't stand real power amplifiers. Then they shouldn't put

"Power professional dj performance" on the box.

Because in reality, these headphones can't handle any really high volume. 300% Full Hardcore 250 BPMs...
you can forget about it with Reloop. And the Power Dynamics PH550 will ask you, is this all what you got?

Had so many issues with this company. The first dress I sold a couple of years ago, all went well. Communication was good, payment was quick. I’ve since sent a couple other things in and had to chase up payment once I’ve taken upon myself to find out if it’s been sold or not. The item had been sold for months and no communication or payment. My next dress I also heard nothing of, so asked if they could return to me and I’d sell myself elsewhere. it was brand new with tags when I sent, when it was returned it had no tags and had clearly been worn. I have been emailing them for weeks as they said they were sorry and would compensate me! Seems to be only one person, but she always refers to “management” I will be taking this further after reading others experiences. Avoid at all costs, very dodgy business

SCAM ALERT!! I sold a dress on reloop earlier this year and I've never seen a cent from this company. I've called and emailed and still nothing!

Thieves.

3 emails later, I am still waiting on getting a refund or returning a faulty item.
These are very shady operators and are apparently a part of the GlamCorner company.

I've posted on facebook and I will be going to ACCC.

I sold an item in Nov 2023 and they advised me by email. It's now 16 Feb 2024 and they still haven't paid me. I've had a couple of email replies saying they are looking into it but still no payment. So basically they stole a $300 dress from me. Will be reporting to Consumer Affairs Victoria. If I could give zero stars I would.

Sold item on Reloop who have failed to answer all calls. Reloop I have reported to NSW Fair Trading for outstanding money owing to me. It has been almost 2 months Reloop have not paid me for sold item Reloop. Why does David Jones align itself to Reloop who have a serious communication issue? Is David Jones aware of what is happening?Consumers need to be treated with respect. Reloop excuses for not paying me via a series of emails from Reloop is disappointing and rude they keep my money!!! Fashion is a billion dollar industry and find Reloop very selfish in this industry keep away from Reloop.

Like the other 2 reviews. I have had a poor experience with reloop. I sent about 10 items there about a year ago after seeing them on the David jones website. I have sold 3 things in the year and 1 I have no idea what it was, cause I just had a random deposit in my bank account. There is 0 communication, my items have been there for a year now and I have no idea if they even still have them. I feel like I have been scammed. AVOID

Don't sell here they don't pay you!!!

Sold an item on 5 December 2023, was asked for my bank account details for payment. Time for payment has lapsed and they have not answered any of my emails, Facenbook messages or online forms. I will be lodging a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. If you are a seller - STAY AWAY!!

*15 Jan 2024 Edit* - They DO listen to their phone messages. Interestingly the company is registered in Victoria but their address according to Facebook is in NSW, and so is their phone number. I left a message on 12 January asking for an update, an hour later I got a call from someone saying they can only communicate with their "payment team" via chat and would follow up and get back to me within the day. Still no contact. I have made a complaint to NSW Fair Trading and Consumer Affairs Victoria.

*Further Edit* I reported RELOOP to Consumer Affairs Victoria and Fair Trading NSW, got my payment within the same week. Advise anyone waiting for their money to do the same. Will never deal with these scammers again.

Reloop have returned 7 out of my 10 unsold items. They said the other 3 sold but I've not been told any further information, nor can I see any updates from my account as a reseller on their website. I've emailed multiple times asking for updates but no response. I've tried calling their number 02 5016 1005 but this just goes to "leave a message and we'll get back to you" (but they don't). AVOID THIS COMPANY. David Jones should stop any relationship with this company
