RedWeek Communications
Daily communication from RedWeek was reassuring while waiting for confirmation from owner with the rental week we chose. However owner listed private pool as one of the accommodations but it was not listed on final confirmation. RedWeek’s answer to our concern was to contact resort for confirmation.

Redweek never responds to emails or phone calls
I am new to redweek and their consultant gave me no advice how to market my property over thanksgiving. I want to change the duration from 2 weeks to 1 week and Redweek says lower the price. I realize now people that work just want 1 week. Redweek will not change the duration from 2 weeks to 1 week. Redweek does not respond to any emails or phone calls . EBW

When changing the dates or duration of a rental posting, we do need an updated reservation from the resort reflecting the new dates before we can make that change. This allows us to verify that the reservation being offered to renters is accurate and available for the dates listed.
We also want to clarify that our team has been trying to reach you since September 9th, including providing our phone number in case you would prefer to speak with someone directly. It’s possible that some of our replies have been filtered into your spam or junk folder, so we recommend checking there as well.
