Absolutely amazing service from start to finish I needed an urgent document collecting from Manchester going down to London and I rang this company and literally 40 minutes after I had to drive at my office and five hours later, I had a phone call from my customer saying that they have received this very important legal document. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Lee and the team at Red Rocket have done quite a number of jobs for us now over the last year or so. I have tried a number of courier companies in the past and Red Rocket by far surpass all others in terms of the quality of the service. Lee is super responsive, always keeps me updated on when deliveries have been completed, and the drivers have all been brilliant. The jobs we require Red Rocket for all involve moving medical equipment between hospitals all over the country, and so the quality of the service is really important to us. I couldn't honestly think of a bad word to say - all drivers have been punctual, courteous, and self-sufficient. No damage has ever occurred and no job has ever had an issue. There is never a job he has turned down, even at the very last minute and when our plans change and we need something quickly. Thank you Lee - we really do appreciate it.

I have dealt with Red Rocket Couriers as a business, mainly Lee, since 2019 and we have done exactly 376 deliveries with them since and many more to come.

The service and professionalism is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble. He can literally get anything from anywhere and deliver it when we need. We get regular updates and a POD as soon as its delivered, could not ask for more!

What sets Red Rocket apart from other couriers I have used is the world class communication and honesty

Cannot speak any higher of this company. I have never used a courier service before so I was a little bit nervous and I didn’t really know what to expect. I needed an item that I had purchased on Facebook marketplace collecting but the item was a lot bigger than what I could’ve fit it in my car so I needed a van to do the collection. I contemplated hiring a vehicle but it was too much messing around and this company were an absolute pleasure to deal with and it worked out cheaper and save me a lot of time to use them rather than hiring a van and spending a full day to go and collect my item. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
