I had to approach Red Rocket courier service for an urgent/emergency medication delivery for my friend who lost her urgent medication in a conference centre .(I spoke to Mr Gueller); I am so grateful and happy with their prompt response and excellent customer service and communication -They have been kind to us and I appreciate all the help and empathetic service recieved .The direct delivery reached within minutes.

Firstly, massive thank you to Lee and the Team at Red Rocket Couriers!
We first started using Red Rocket Couriers a couple of months ago when we were submitting our documents to Companies House. We were let down by another service and I found RRC’s online and within 10 minutes of my submission Lee had phoned (out of hours) to say he could have a driver with us asap.
Lee’s communication in setting up the job and then his team on arrival to pick up our documents was amazing.
Upon delivering our documents I received a job report attached with photos of the documents arriving on site & dropped to the delivery point and before he closed the job, he called to make sure we were happy and if there was anything else we needed.
We are now repeat customers to Red Rocket Couriers (in fact on my speed dial) and we love the working relationship we now have.

Problem solved with ease and reassurance
I contacted RRC late on a Monday evening, and within 30 minutes had a solution to my problem. The courier arrived to the minute for collection and considering the journey they did great. Excellent customer service and communications. I will use them again and again
