Made initial enquiry by phone. A human (yes a human, not an desk clerk passing me sound) picked up. Dealt with Ben T, knowledgeable down to earth and totally genuine bloke.
Went to view the Merc, no fuss, no nonsense. Agreed the deal, Ben did all he said he would, picked up a very shiny new toy a few days later.
Can't rate Redline & Ben T highly enough. Dont ever go to a main dealer, dull as dishwater and more expensive! Plus, at Redline they all speak God's Yorkshire!!

First class!
Well, what can I say? Absolute first class service. This has got to be one of the most professional dealerships you will ever come across. Nothing is too much trouble. Having spoken to Chris on the phone a couple of weeks ago and arranging a viewing we struck a deal and today I collected my new RS6 Performance and I’m over the moon with it. I am unsure exactly how many cars I have purchased through Stephen Mahon at Redline, but it is comfortably in double figures. Over the years I have consistently praised the organisation and its people, and I have referred many friends to them simply because they are the best.
