Ben Brook was great to deal with throughout the purchase of my Porsche 718 Cayman GTS. He's knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly passionate about the cars he sells. There was no pressure, just honest advice and excellent communication at every stage.

I've now been back to purchase a lovely M340i Touring of my own and the process was seamless.

I purchased a 911 from Redline early July 2026, being 150 miles away I was hoping for good things.
My point of sales contact was Ben Taylor who did a great job to be honest, he was dealing with quit a few sales.
Having never spent so much money on a car I obviously had many questions.
He did his best to answer all.
The car itself I’m really very pleased with, it was certainly the right choice, with the spec I wanted.
V5 was received within 10 days in my name. Little paperwork/receipts came with the car as I was told Data Protection prevented this?? Why copies of receipts with owner details obscured could not be supplied I do not know.
There was a reluctance to provide details of the previous owner so couldn’t contact him for checks. Even when I asked Redline to forward my number to him this came to nothing.
The car was delivered in a closed boxed lorry. The company Redline use were very attentive in looking after the car during transportation.. wish I could remember their name..
This review could easily have been a 5* rating but for two negatives, small I know, but important to me.
Firstly on delivery, the car had not been detailed to a level I felt was acceptable on a reasonably expensive car. I mentioned this and really there was no comment.
Secondly,
Oil level was below minimum when delivered, again a small detail but when you are told there are over 100 checks done on vehicles then the oil level should absolutely have been noted.
Would I buy from Redline again.
Yes I certainly would, but i am a bit wiser now.

I have bought a lovely Lamborghini from them.
I was contacted quickly and Graham went thru with me for the financing options.
The car was well presented and Ben keeped in touch with updates at all times. The car took a bit longer to prep than what i was expecting but it was done with great care and attention so the final result was good.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing a car from Redline. From phoning up to request a viewing to the collection day, the experience was flawless.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Fisk, who was extremely helpful, kept me updated on the process and shared my enthusiasm for buying one of my dream cars. He was exactly the sort of person you would want to deal with when buying a special car. No pressure approach, knowledgable, helpful and friendly!

I am writing this review a couple of months after purchase and having covered just under 1,000 miles in the car since, I can safely say the quality of their sales cars is excellent. The prep, both from a servicing and presentation point of view, was fantastic. Every aspect of the car looks and feels brand new despite it being used.

I originally purchased my car from Redline and left a positive review based on the buying experience alone. However, I felt it was important to update my feedback after receiving truly exceptional aftersales service.

I experienced a few issues with the car, but every one of them was dealt with promptly and without any quibbling. Matt, the Guarantee Manager, has been outstanding throughout. He has proactively chased Land Rover on my behalf, kept me regularly updated, and taken ownership of everything from start to finish. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.

The level of aftersales care has genuinely exceeded my expectations and has completely reinforced my confidence in Redline. It’s rare to find a dealership that not only delivers an excellent sales experience but also stands by its customers long after they’ve driven away.

For that reason, I honestly wouldn’t buy a car from anywhere else. Redline has been exceptional from start to finish, and their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail make many main dealerships look like budget back-street garages.
