Good experience throughout

On time, nice ships, good service.

Poor food and drink options in pet friendly lounge. Just a vending machine.
Can get drinks and food on lower deck but difficult to carry up steep staircase especially for elderly passengers

Great fun on the Official IOW Mini Adventure (Car Run/Show) with discounted ferry price.

Great ferry to and from with good amenities. Only downside was locating the ferry terminal when coming from Cowes as the floating bridge was down and external direction markers poor. Otherwise no compliants!

Easy to register vehicle in port.

We arrived at the Southampton port an hour early for our ferry and asked if we could get on the earlier ferry and operator said no problem. Thank you Red Funnel

Great service to Isle of Wight, on time, pleasant staff and clean ferry.

Red funnel are a very good company to sail with however the iow ferry service is expensive.

We crossed twice in September. In both cases we changed to an earlier ferry with the very easy process. We used the Signature Lounge on both crossings and were served by Nadia each time. Nadia was very friendly and was very attentive and polite, an asset to the company.

Easy to book, easy to find with plenty of time to book in. Friendly staff and a clean safe journey with great food and snacks on offer.

Booking on-line was easy. All the staff at the port and on board were friendly and helpful.
Loading and off-loading was very well organised. Food and drink on board was very respectable and not over priced. The journey was comfortable. Overall a great trip.

Swift check in process, I only had a few minutes before the ferry left but everyone made it a smooth process

As my elderly mother lives on the Isle of Wight, lives now alone and the cost of the ferry is often more expensive than travelling by ferry to France. I feel that it turns those living on the island at a disadvantage because families can't always afford to see them. So sadly those living on the island are prisoners of the island because of the cost of ferries. Furthermore your food options are very poor and need to be looked at, expensive and not great.

Always really pleasant and helpful staff. Easy check in and clear guidance going on and off board. Intuitive booking process and clear instructions for location and timings.

Really good, even got on an earlier crossing due to space availability.
