Paid £165.00 for an RC car and it never arrived. Failed to answer calls and emails but eventually refunded the money after pestering them through social media. Very poor customer services.

Shambolic customer service, emails and voicemails ignored. Delivery still not received and no update provided on expected date for delivery.
Failure to deliver in a reasonable time is in breach under Consumer rights act 2015, I think they need to be reminded they need to observe this.

Fantastic, got the rc car I ordered within a week , was kept aware of my orders progress. All in all a pleasant buying experience..

I ordered an electric bike on 5th March which according to the web site was "in-stock". Although various promises were made after e-mails and calls, deadlines came and went and I still had no bike after a month. As a result I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I was told that the money had been refunded, although it took another month with lots of emails to Klarna (the finance agency through which payment was made) to obtain it. A lot of hassle for nothing in return!
In the past I have tried to support small, independent businesses rather than multinationals but not any more.
I'm not sure what was going on but I do not feel confident about this business.

The company were very good in all aspect s of the deal I will certainly deal with this company again!

No emails received back about my item or any phone calls even tho Iv left messages to be called back not happy

Hi! The sending time to Belgium was Faster than i expected. Well packed in. Had the connector for power network for free without asking. They did give feedback about the status. But just the minimum. I take away one star. On the site they say they turret of the tank turns 360deg. But in fact it should be explained that they turret turns 160 deg to each side. Greetings from Belgium!

Great service for my initial enquiry. Parcel did not arrive as expected, but my email to RCToyworld was very quickly acknowledged and a second parcel sent without delay. Recipient very pleased with their birthday present. The original parcel still not arrived.

one of the worst companies ever. They sent the product 4 weeks later than it was supposed to arrive. i paid by phone and and i have been told that the product will arrive in the next 2 working days but arrived 4 weeks later.

don't buy from them ever.

Avoid at all cost. Ordered part in November, was told it was backordered and would be sent when it was back in stock (a couple of weeks). It's now March, no sign of part or refund. Disgusting company do not give them any of your money.

Hi have been waiting for my refund since 11th November and now have 2/3 back of it - they have paid it in instalments. I am still waiting for £90 back and they have now stopped replying.

This company should really be shut down.

How anyone can justify this company is a joke. I’ve waited to months for my £299 refund which I had an email yesterday saying they haven’t got no money because of the Christmas period and they r making my payment priority.. got the proof!!

I must say the after care of this company is definitely worth 5 stars. After scratching my head for weeks trying to work out what was actually wrong with my car, I decided to give them an email. With lots of guidance and instructions through emails and phone calls on how to diagnose the fault I was still unable to resolve my problem. Then they suggested that it would be easier if I just sent the rc car to them and they’d fix it free of charge! Excellent work RcToyworld
