Ordered a zipper electric bike on July the 12th 2018 did not receive email about delivery of bike found out it was not in stock asked them to refund the money they had took from my card they said it was been refund contacted them time after time about refund not been refunded tried phoning them don’t answer asked them to send a cheque after finding out they can’t refund vier PayPal again they say they are sending a cheque not arrived contacted again reply sorry didn’t know why I have not received cheque they cancelled that told them to send it by recoded delivery still not got my money back I would be very careful with this trader I would even say get you goods from someone else date now 4/10/18 still not been refunded

I bought my self a Skyartec Wasp x3s helicopter. After a few flights the tail stopped in mid flight and down she went. Was finding it hard to get spares but stumbled upon this site. Got the things i needed and a very good price. Will use again as no problems. Thanks again.

Had no problems with my purchase from rc toy world. Update on delivery was helpful and item arrived very well wrapped. Staff were also very helpful on the phone. Its highly likely that i will be buying from them again in the future.

My online experience with RC Toy World is first class. The help and advice are quick and professional. All one can ask for. I am glad to have chosen this company to buy my goods from.

I try and use smaller companies when ordering (instead of Amazon) to support these retailers and so ordered a RC spitfire model as a 50th birthday present for a friend. My first order from this retailer.

There was no delivery timing information on the website and I did not receive an e-mail with this information when ordering so I tried to call the customer line. Nobody picked up on the day of ordering although I tried a number of times. I tried again a few times the following day but with the same result and so left a message. I received no reply or information, so on the third day I mailed threatening to cancel my order unless I received some form of feedback (I had no idea whether the order was going through as the mail I received only stated that the order was being processed.)

I then received a mail saying that a fault was picked up on the model on packing and would I wait a further 3 - 4 days for a new part to be ordered. I was stuck and so agreed reluctantly, although the present would now be delivered late. So delivery will now take approx 7 days from ordering, which would normally be only annoying but in this case an issue as we have now missed the party.

More information on delivery timing and picking up the phone would have helped.

I recently order an Acme Condor Kit from Nitrotek. And after being told it had been despatch on the Thursday I waited in till 5pm Friday for delivery. I called Nitrotek when it did not arrive and they assured me it would be with me by 7pm. Guess What? It wasn't. I then had to wait till Monday to call them only to be told it wasn't sent because they had run out of stock.

Up steps RC Toy World.

I emailed them asking if I could pick it up from there premises after work on the Monday evening (Bank Holiday) not thinking they would be open. They told me I could come round that evening. I ordered my Kit and booked to be there at 7.30pm.

I arrived at there premises bang on 7.30pm where the business owner was waiting for me with the item all ready to take away. I was there for 10 mins asking lots of questions to which they were so happy to answer. I'm new to Nitro RC so this was great for me to get an idea about the types of challenges I would face whilst building my kit.

They also said if there were any questions I had I could email them. I since have done and got a very prompt and very helpful reply.

Absolutely First Class Service. Would definitely recommend and will be going back to order and thing else I will need.

We had a few problems when we received the item we had ordered from RC Toy World but we sent a texted and although the people who run the shop were on their holiday they were quick to reply. They were so helpful and offered us more than one solution to our problem. Overall I would say we received excellent service and prompt replies from them. I always felt that we weren't left to sort the problem out ourselves. Very helpful and would recommend RC Toy World to any friends or family.

I can't fault this seller. The website I found was easy to navigate. This made buying easy, with genuine syma parts on offer at very reasonable prices. This made upgrading my helicopters easy. Thankyou.

Needed parts for C182 which are hard to find for this model. This store had everything I needed in stock. Items arrived well packaged with low postage costs. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks :-)

After reading some of the reviews regarding poor service, I was quite surprised because I've had nothing but the opposite experience. There was a fault with the controller, and I returned it in person, the fault was fixed on the spot, I had to wait at most 10 minutes.

The only gripes I have are with the product, if the controller was better quality my wife would have had nothing to complain to me about, but I can't blame RC Toy World as they don't make the product, and the description on the website was accurate.

Being a novice to high end RC vehicles I was reluctant to buy from someone who did not give me the right "vibes" when I made initial inquiries. RC Toy World provided swift and comprehensive advice and have continued to provide excellent post sales support when I have had ignorance based questions for them!!

I am sure that they are excellent for experienced drivers, but for this novice, they are the BEST!!
