The shopping experience in store needs…
The shopping experience in store needs to be modernized. I tested the couch in store and due to the experience, I just bought online.
You need to modernize the shopping experience to match what we expect. Having a commissioned rep, “mark” their customer by saying hello as we walk in, and not allowing anyone else to help is absurd. Waited 30 minutes with my wife and impatient children to purchase the items. Took me 5 minutes online with Apple Pay.

West Springfield outlet and main store
The first store was the outlet few choices after a lot of looking- Omar the employee was great sent us to another store down the street to meet Jessica-it was fantastic she had large fabric swatches instead of a laptop which the screen doesn’t show the actual fabric color- when you have to special order an item that fabric must be correct

Eddie Joe Lopez is terrific!
Eddie Lopez was helpful, kind, and friendly, but never intrusive. He allowed us to walk the store and touched base now and again to see whether we had any questions. He shared information on the new easy care fabrics that we hadn't considered for our son's condo. He even showed interest in where our son was moving and shared helpful positive tips about the new community! We live quite a distance from the store we'd visited during this "pre-shop". When we were ready to make a purchase (of easy-care fabric pieces BTW), we looked online at R&F, then called Mr. Lopez's home store and sought him out. He even worked to get us the special we'd missed by a few hours. Overall, an easy and very positive buying experience.

We bought a new couch at Raymour and…
We bought a new couch at Raymour and Flanigan in West Springfield, MA last week. It was, from start to finish an excellent experience. Our sales rep was Angel Camacho and he was terrific. We came in with a picture of a couch we liked but wasn’t quite what we wanted. He found the perfect couch for us and then worked with management to bring it in under our budget.
We live in VT which does not have a store near us so we had to pay shipping charges. Since this charges are fixed costs he did a great job working with us and the manager.
I can’t say enough about what a good job he did. And if that isn’t enough the shipping experience was also a ten! They were on time and R&M texted us a tracker to see where the truck was and what time they would be at our house! Perfectly done all around!

great experience
There was no pressure. I was shown the chairs I found on line and tested them all till I settled on the wing by Stressless.There was a nice price discount which brought it into my budget. The order process went very well and Ray helped the process go smoothly.
This was on Ma Tax Free Day which made it even better.
