I would like to thank Vana, the sales associate who helped us choose the right fit in furniture for us. She went above and beyond to fill our needs. She was so lovely, personable and knowledgeable without being pushy. Vana set up a portal for us to get the tax free discount, followed up before and after and made a the process so easy. She is a love and I would definitely work with her again and refer customers to her . Thank you Vana for all your help. Also, the delivery guys were awesome. Very professional and kind.

I was able to talk with a real live young woman about my situation. She was informative, realistic in what she could do to help me with my problem. I believe her name was Winnie in the service department in RandF in West Springfield.. She was patient as well as attentive to an 87 year old women and her dislike talking to ?? What I call AI robots with no soul. Asked the right question and promised to find a solution that met my needs. She got back to me with a solution and a plan to met my needs as a consumer in distress I t said if asked I would let the powers to be aware of her help to an 87 year old former educater.As a former teacher it was always part of my way to let each person know when they went above and beyond to find a variety of ways and means to rise to their highest potential in what ever situation they find themselves dealing with. I am Thankful for hr help and the solution to my probably.

I wasn’t happy with salesman. One of the first things he said was we have a lot of those chairs in stock. After I chose one he repeated he had them in stock. To me that meant they were available to take with me and they didn’t have to order one. I also had read your ad that said if in stock they would deliver in 3 or less days. I was there Sunday and he “thought” it would be delivered on Friday. After thinking about that over night I canceled the order today!!

Ilana was outstanding. She was very patient and kind in helping my 79 year-old mother in understanding how the power lift chairs work.
She was professional and we didn’t feel like we were being pressured ti make a decision.
We found the perfect match and are very excited for its arrival.

We dealt with Jose at the W Spfld store. We loved the fact that there was no pressure, very professional and friendly. Gave us time to discuss and kept checking back in. Ultimately helped us close the deal!

Eric was very personable and was a good salesman as he answered all my questions and had full knowledge of the products. He was also very patient and did not make you feel rushed.

Mary Lynn made my experience great. She is the most compassionate knowledgeable, considerate person. Explained everything about the mattress what I needed to know. I am sorry I did not get to meet her in person, but I hope to get in and just say my hellos to her when I’m in that area. She definitely is a keeper.

From the moment I step into the store I felt welcome. I explained to Denise the purpose of my visit and she kindly, patiently and professionally guided me to the store areas of interest. She was there to answer my many questions regarding the material and recliner design and functionality. It was due to her great guidance I found the recliner I was looking for.

Lynn is a wonderfully insightful sales person, who helped me with my very specific needs.

The salesman Ray Wholley was very nice and made me feel quite comfortable. I told him what I was looking for, an electric recliner, with one in mind, which they had for display in the showroom. He showed me all the motions of the chair and gave me some time to explore other chairs, in case I something better. I purchgased the chair I had been looking for. Again Ray couldn't be more knowledgable and friendly and I would gladly come back to Raymour & Flanigan, again !

We worked with Lynn and she was extremely helpful. When we got home and measured we realized that we ordered a couch too large. Lynn and the store manager Joe went above and beyond to ensure that we had the right configuration of the sectional. They even took it apart on the showroom floor and reconfigured it the way we wanted for our living room to ensure it would fit.
