We've been a bit overwhelmed with mattress selection--even after reading tons of online reviews... so we popped in to test some, not actually intending to buy one. But, the woman who helped us made understanding what they offered (A TON) much more accessible and easy to process. She encouraged us to test out a ton and to even return to ones we had already tested out. She talked us through what we might like and why and helped us make a great choice. She had a really strong understanding of how the mattress brands, materials, and densities varied--very knowledgable! I'm super excited about the mattress and so glad we went in.

Met with Taz to purchase a small credenza for our office. We knew exactly what we wanted, she showed it to us, we purchased it and were on our way.

We previously purchased some other furniture with Taz's help - she is absolutely wonderful!

My husband and I ordered 2 recliners back in April from Dunk and Bright in Syracuse. It has been over 6 months, and all we get are excuses. We were very patient, but after a week of the saleswoman ignoring my texts, we went to Raymour and Flanigan on Erie Blvd., Syracuse. CJ approached us, and we showed him a picture of the recliners that we ordered. He immediately found them, said they were in stock, and available to pick up the very next day! He even told us that they would price match what we originally paid at Dunk and Bright! Our chairs look great....thanks so much. We will be back!!!

Our sales person was polite, professional, and spent a considerable amount of time working with me to make sure I found the perfect living room set - and one that was in stock for fast delivery, because I wanted the furniture as soon as possible. I would recommend my sales person to everyone, as would I for the store as well.

Applying for financing online was fast and easy and so was buying what we wanted.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. Nick was great with helping us, very well done. We went in and were out in a hour it was great.

Everything was very clean and furniture was set up nicely! Our sales rep was great, the only reason I gave you a 4 was the wrong sku number was on my receipt and I had to make a call and change my mattress order from firm to plush. Other than that everything was fine!

After getting flawed furniture twice, I waited several years before purchasing from you. I decided to give you one more chance. I bought a mattress and was told delivery would be today. I received a notice it would be here today between 8 and 10:45. It is now 6:00. I called the store and was told the truck broke down at 4:30. I waited all day. No one ever called.
