Nicole was wonderful on explaining the different options available.

The delivery people were very kind and helpful! They arrived exactly when they said they would. They got both my love seat and couch upstairs and into my apartment without any damage.

Nicole is fun professional honest and an asset to your company.

Neither of the delivery men spoke any English. They could not understand what we were saying and just kept saying no over and over. We ended up just telling them to leave it and we'll set it up ourselves as dealing with them was more frustrating than it was worth. I'm not impressed and regret paying for the "white glove delivery service". I won't be buying from here again.

Greg and Jesus did an excellent job with the delivery of our queen mattress bed in Syracuse, New York. Greg called and kept us up-to-date about the status of our delivery and apologized when there was a slight mix-up. I appreciated it very much. When Greg and Jesus arrived, they were very careful with handling our mattress. They were very courteous and polite, when they arrived and when they left. My husband and I appreciated the good customer service they provided. We wish them well and best wishes in all that they do.

I was greeted when I walked in. My question was answered, I was helped with the children's chair, and ordering was easy. I wasn't pressured into purchasing anything else. Check out was easy. Both the sales associate and the associate at the counter were very friendly.

Our visit was great, our sales rep was knowledgeable, patient and he made us aware of all financial options.

12/31/22-Update….after emailing the sales associate and the RFCare email…I finally have a resolution. And am happy to announced they will be replacing the sofa. Thank you Tasmyn, and Bianca for your help in solving the issue and not just brushing off a new customer. You two are champs!

I was happy with the salesperson, and the delivery. However, the furniture was delivered 12/23/22 and the sofa had a tear in the arm. It was recorded by the delivery people. I understand because of the holiday, nothing could be done until the store opened again on Tuesday 12/27/22. I was told I would receive a call on Tuesday. It was not until I called on Wednesday 12/28 did I get a return call about how Raymour's would resolve. I agreed to have a service tech come and look. Now I'm being told I have to wait until 1/9/23 to have someone come and look. That is 2 weeks from the time it was delivered, and almost 3 weeks from purchased. When asked if they could come sooner, because it was just delivered, I was told sorry...they are too busy to come sooner. I am a new customer, and the product I purchased was delivered damaged! This was explained to the Customer Service Rep, only to be told...please send pictures of the damage. I had previously sent pictures, and now I have to send them again. I received a response back .."Thank you for the photos, we have sent them to the technicians." Again, nothing about resolving the damaged product delivered, or anything about a resolution. The salesperson was amazing, the furniture is amazing, the Customer Services when there is a problem, is less than desirable. I have received better services from lesser quality furniture stores. My ask, I just want to have this resolved and not have to wait 3 weeks, because "they are to busy" for a new customer. In any sales....it only takes 8 seconds to lose a customer. I may be just one person, and this may not mean much to Raymour & Flanigans, I am truly disappointed in how a new customer is being treated and brushed off.

The staff is always friendly and respectful! I have visited and purchased many home items! I have never been disappointed!

In search of a small sectional, and found just what we were looking for. Our salesman, Thom N., was patient, kind, and knowledgeable, making our furniture buying experience much more enjoyable.

Dan Lewis was very professional and knowledgeable regarding our purchase of a mattress and box springs. I had to call and change the height of the box springs. Daniel was very accommodating. He has a nice personality and knows how to interact with people. Hope he is still working there if and when we do future purchases.

Patrick was great, he gave us space to consider options, he was very helpful when considering quality of products and options for delivery.

I can't say enough about the great experience my mother and I had shopping at Raymour and Flanigan.

I purchased a mattress. My salesperson was very very informative, knowledgeable and very helpful and patient. One of the best buying experiences I've had in a long long time.

Came in to look for a more comfortable couch. Was not hounded and everyone was helpful and nice. John is the best sales guy.

I worked with Patrick recently for my order and he was so helpful and willing to assist with taking my order. He even offered to follow up with me when my special order was ready. I always buy my furniture here and will continue to do this moving forward!
