Good place to got Furniture

My mom and I went in to buy a new bed for my fiance and I and we were greeted by Randy! Randy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made sure that we were getting the best bang for our buck! Not only did he go over all of our options in great detail, but he took his time with us to make sure that we were happy with the decision! Randy was also able to help us out with the assistance of his manager Alex who was great during this entire process! Definitely recommend working with Randy for any future purchases you may have. We will definitely go back to Randy for future purchases!

The delivery team of Charlie and Rick did a very good
job with setup and instructions. But they did work-,
and leave, in a hurry, so i didn't get a copy of the
delivery invoice as I requested. Nor did I get an
instruction manual for the remote control. So we still
don't know how all of the functions work. I'm thinking
it may have gotten thrown away with the other
packing materials.

Another thing that's bothersome is that there has
been NO followup after we took delivery. Only a
generic email three days later, asking us to rate our
VISIT TO THE STORE. Nothing about the delivery,
and if everything was delivered and functioning.

Also, as part of our purchase we are supposed to
receive a Mastercard gift card. It's been two-plus
months since our bed was delivered ... and still no
gift card! And, as previously stated, no contact from
any R & F representative (much less from the JC
Outlet store).

I would have answered this survey sooner, but i've
just recently recovered from shoulder surgery enough
to comfortably sit at, and type on my computer. I
made the salesperson aware of my impending
surgery when we visited the store. So it was
discussed often during our visit, and he steered us
toward beds that would offer maximum comfort for
my lengthy recovery (and beyond).

If I could give a zero-star review, I would, and for the
reasons above. It would be nice if someone from R&F
would contact us, and at least tell me when we can
expect our gift card! And provide a copy of the
delivery invoice, and a remote manual.

We purchased a sectional (Wilkinson model) 5 months ago. Within the 1st week we were finding that we had to constantly keep pushing it back together as it would separate from even the slightest use. The cushions sag and drift which also requires constant fixing, fluffing and situating. We called customer service asking if there was a solution to for the pieces separating and they sent metal fasteners for us to install on our own. We have yet to do that with the fear that the insurance wouldn't cover it if we didn't do it correctly. Having someone from the company come install them wasn't an option. The quality of the fabric is great and the plethora of decorative pillows included is definitely a plus. I would have given 1 star but didn't feel that was fair to the excellent customer service we've received, from the initial sale to the delivery and care given when we have called.

Ashley in Customer Care was amazing, She took the time to help us with servicing our sectional when nobody else would help us. She made sure that we didn't get off the phone having any questions on what to do or expect.

Found just what we were looking for (after some research on line)

The managers were very helpful and made the re-select process easy and fun! We really enjoyed our visit and are excited for our new sectional to arrive.

Positive experience all around. Smooth & professional from show room to delivery. Very happy with our furniture! Would recommend.

Mohammed was kind and helpful as we looked around for a variety of items, but mostly sofas.

The salesman was accommodating to my needs and you have a wide selection of colors and styles from which to choose.

Dean Driscoll our sales man was extremely helpful. He answered every question helped us go through our decision between love seat and sofa or sectional. He took his time and showed us different ways we could put the sectional together that would best fit us if we went with a sectional. Then he walked us through the protection plan and how well it covers and what it does and doesn’t cover. He was very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and not pushy. Thank you

Our salesman, Dean, was the perfect salesman. Gave us space to explore yet was there knowing when we had a question. We went in just to look around and because of Dean, we made a purchase.

Outlet store was very nice and Erica couldn’t have been nicer

Great selection at pretty good prices. Sales people were not pushy, gave us space and answered all of our questions.

I rarely give feedback on a customer experience but this is well deserved. My family and I came in looking for a recliner, I was in a hurry and didn't want to miss anymore football. The sales associate, Randy was well spoken and knew I was in a rush. He worked with us on a couple items and we had our recliner picked out in 15 mins. This guy deserves some accolades, best experience I've ever had buying furniture. Will be back!

Inez was full of knowledge and very nice to deal with. She wasnt pushy or gave a sales pitch, just helped us get into exactly what we have been looking for. She explained everything clearly about the difference between product materials, warranties, financing, delivery, etc.... we were able to confidently select something we love without worry if we wont love it when we get it home. Just a really nice job overall.
