I was looking for a new mattress. After shopping on various websites, I decided the purchase I made at R & F was the best for me AND it was delivered the very next day.

With Inez Milligan's guidance we purchased a wonderful lift recliner. She listened to what we were looking for and explained many things to us. Great customer service and knowledgeable emplo yee.

I had to furnish a one bedroom apartment quickly. Raymour and Flanigan was the only furniture store that could timely meet my need. The salesman was patient and helpful, did not pressure me or try and direct me in any particular way. He moved furniture around so I could see pieces together, he discussed mattress construction intelligently. I am happy with my many selections and was reassured to learn that should any piece not look "right" when delivered I could immediately return on the same delivery truck. Its safe to say Raymour and Flanigan exceeded my expectations.

My USB does not work and a few other things

Elizabeth, our salesperson, was excellent. She was patient as we made a group decision on couches for a cottage. She gave us space for discussion and time to think as we made multiple visits. She was always on hand with information and to answer questions.
Fair pricing for the quality of furniture at this outlet.

The salesperson, Mohammed, was very busy with several customers, but found a way to pay attention to us as well as the other customers. He pointed us to the type of recliner we were looking for, let us try out several, then came back to help us place the order.

The customer service associate was also great, making the purchase and pick up arrangements easy.

So quick and easy to find the perfect loveseat! I like that we walked around independently to find what we wanted and then found an associate right away to help us!

As usual, Carmine was able to find us exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Caines knowledge and experience provided us with a pleasurable shopping experience and that’s coming from a guy who hates shopping.

I disliked the fact that I felt rushed. I went in to buy a third end table for my family room and the ones I bought previously were discontinued. The salesperson was walking around very fast and I had trouble keeping up with him (I have 2 knee replacements plus 2 hip replacements) and he was pressuring me to decide and even said out loud....I've shown you this 4 times allready
